Instead of a real answer, I got "she sucks at driving" and "she understands nothing." When I pushed for specifics -- what exactly she's struggling with, since we're paying for actual instruction -- they said she doesn't understand road signs. That doesn't add up: she's already passed her permit test and talks through signs with me on real drives all the time. My daughter's account matched what I'd heard: instructors just told her she was wrong, over and over, with no explanation and no attempt to adjust their teaching to how she learns. Simulators aren't a one-size-fits-all tool, and a good instructor should be able to diagnose why a student is stuck -- not just blame the student. The two staff members we dealt with (one blonde with glasses, one tall with dark hair) were condescending and dismissive. At one point they accused my daughter of being "entitled" -- ironic, considering they couldn't be bothered to actually teach. We're requesting a refund for the remaining sessions. Save your money and time -- go elsewhere.

Thanks to him, I passed on my first try. My other instuctor was BJ and I was not very satisfied with her as she would stress me out and if I did something wrong she would put me down. Consistently became unavailable to follow-through on our scheduled time and we can to accommodate last minute another time that would work for them. Final straw - My child had his last 2hr session yesterday and they did not provide him with a certificate of completion. When I texted asking about it, they just responded with "U dint told driver during lesson" and that was it. What does that mean? Are we not getting the certificate of completion? I have attempted to call them 3 times today and texted them multiple times to get a definitive response regarding my child's certificate. Correction- someone there finally responded and confirmed that my son has the certificate that they attached to his permit so I'll acknowledge and add 1 additional star but it was a simple request. I have no clue what my child's suppose to get since we're new to this and the person I was in contact with couldn't/didn't respond to any thing.
