Professional and friendly. They might not answer all the time but leave a message and Pari (the owner) will call you right back. The staff is super friendly. My daughter's first lesson was great! Her instructor was an old high school teacher of mine. She was courteous and made my daughter feel comfortable to drive, even though we were all very nervous to see her behind the wheel. But not worries. They've had many students successfully pass! Then COVID happened. When things started to slowly open up, I called Driversity. Pari told us that she would call us as soon as they were allowed to open up. She gave priority to students who had 2 lessons in, and instructed us to schedule a drivers test with DMV and then she can plan the next 2 lessons to ensure my daughter was prepared right before her test. Solid plan! (Some places were scheduling drivers lessons to students who didn't have an upcoming test.) Pari is very knowledgeable. She knows her DMV stats. She also advised us to drive around the city you are testing at so that your young driver is comfortable around the town. Great advice! Thank you, Pari!! It's very easy to register. When we had questions, it was answered right away. Pari is very helpful and she guided us throughout the whole process. Once my son got his permit. I sent a contact email to set up his first Behind the Wheel training. Pari was quick to respond to my email and we put his first lesson on the calendar. Kareem was his teacher for his 2 lessons. With the SIP that occurred and new restrictions in place, new appointments for Behind the Wheel testing were not available for months. Finally new appointments opened up and I was able to get an new appointment. I contacted Pari and she was able to schedule my sons last lesson 2 days before his scheduled Behind the Wheel test. Friendly Pari on the phone was so helpful when we called BEFORE our teen passed the written test. She advised us what and how to do things before taking driving lessons. It's often confusing to navigate the whole system, this was much appreciated. After passing the written test we called several places for lessons. There's a lot going on when getting your permit, learning to drive and getting your paperwork through the DMV and there's a lot that can go wrong during this process. As a high school student, I've heard horror stories of kids spending hundreds of dollars on driving schools only to figure out they are missing some paperwork, or never learned enough to pass the written exam. Naturally, when the time came, I was apprehensive about which driving school I should go to. I was recommended Driversity Driving School and they were able to get all of my driving affairs in order. I managed to pass both the written and the driving tests on my first time. I found Driversity to be a really no nonsense institution. You call in, tell them what you want and they tell you what you need and what they can provide. They have the nicest patient teachers and very flexible hours and really know what they are doing. Took one session here on Oct 2018. The lady on the line was very kind and polite. I have several years of overseas driving experience so I just took one session here. The instructor is also very helpful. Helped me get used to US driving habits and road signs. When I asked her if it is necessary to take a second session before my test, she said it wouldn't be necessary because there were all minor mistakes. Very kind instructor. Though the price here is almost double in San Jose, if you're just taking 1-2 sessions, I think this is a good place. read more

It was barely a few months after arriving to California from Europe (Spain). A job assignment. We (my wife and I) were desperately in need of our driving licenses just in order to survive (you know how hard it can be in big chunks of the States without a car). I have to say that the people in the Driversity of Dublin, specially Nader and Pari, were instrumental in both of us obtaining our licenses in our first try with them. We have had other classes and we can make an informed comparison. Nader is a gentleman and he's among the best teachers in the area. He's not only punctual, but even goes so far as to arrive to the appointments a long while in advance, just to make sure you get all the training you need (no extra cost). Specially on the day of the exam, when you need that everything goes smoothly. He helps you with the paperwork and the refreshment before the exam is a powerful boost for your performance during the test. He's patient and explains the points very clearly. Moreover, they actively try to save you money by telling you you're ready and don't need more classes, instead of luring you into taking more lessons like other driving schools do. We both whole-heartedly recommend this driving school. BTW: don't confuse the Driversity of Dublin with other "driversities" out there, since they're not affiliated with those. read more

I called these guys a day before my on road test for a 2 hour session. I was promptly turned down (as expected) by other driving schools as its on such short notice . But Pari, the one who assisted with my appointment was very sweet and accommodative . She tried her best to find me a slot for training. I was lucky enough to get one. I took my class with Nader. Nader was very patient, respectful and was very clear in giving instructions. You could easily make out that he has many years of experience training people to drive. Does not answer phone, does not return my voicemail request, no one there when I drove to the office during regular business hours. After many calls, I finally got a woman with an accent (no problem understanding her speech) who kept saying she didn't understand me. I had a great experience! I had called because I was told that so many kids have taken classes from Driversity and they all seemed to pass their Behind the Wheel test. I was in immediate need to take my 6 hours of required BTW training, so I goggled their number and hoped to make the the soonest appointments possible. I called and a very sweet lady named Pari picked up. She immediately informed me about their program and asked if I wanted to make an appointment. She set me up for the next possible dates which was exactly what I needed! She made sure to set me up with different driving instructors so I had a variety of critiques and teachers- I was ensured that I would learn and improve my driving by every instructor. This gesture was very helpful. If one instructor didn't catch one of my mistakes the first time then the next one surely would have. Not only that, Pari called to make sure I was aware of my next appointments and was very understanding of my schedule changes. She was very helpful and made my experience very pleasant. My first instructor was Ms. Laura. She was great! She quickly picked up on little habits that I had acquired over having my permit. She really noticed details which really helped me pass my test. If it wasn't for her then I wouldn't have perfect my yield turn or my reverse. My next instructor was Mr. Cameron (and yes, he was great, too!) He took me on the freeway, which is an area I was not as confident in. He really instilled the confidence I needed to drive, especially in such a fast pace area. He also enunciated the importance of the three/four second rule I will always need to retain on the freeway incase of emergencies. It's something I will never forget. My last instructor was Mr. Nadir, and like the two before him, he was great as well! As my last instructor, he showed me the area I would be driving in and he told me everything I would need for my big day. We drove around for a while and he then sat me in his office and told me everything I needed to bring to the DMV. After, he showed me the most common reasons for failure and told me the best ways to avoid them. This was VERY helpful. He also went over the requirements that I needed to pass my test. He explained the grading sheet to me and everything; by the end of all three classes I felt very confident that I would pass. A few days later I had my test. I knew I would pass with flying colors. As we started the test, everything they ever taught me was tested and I was prepared it. As I finished my test I was told my results and of course I passed! And not only did I pass.. But I passed with 0 mistakes. I was very proud of myself and very thankful that I had come across Driversity! I recommened this school to everyone I know. Five star work! read more

He is patient and he made my driving experiences very pleasant. Every drive was so fun because he would tell me stories about his children and life, and of course he would correct me or applaud me on my driving skills. He had lots of confidence in me which gave me assurance in myself. I felt very confident going into my driver's test because of all the tips he taught me to be a successful driver. I thought I was going to be lost the day of my test, but Kamran went through each step with me. During my third behind-the-wheel, he took me to the Pleasanton DMV (where I took my test) and went through each step as if I was taking my test right then and there. He went through a simulation of the actual test with me (with the rubric) which was extremely beneficial. He seemed very knowledgeable of all the roads around the DMV, constantly telling me where people usually mess up during their tests. Going into my test I felt extremely well prepared. I took my test on Thursday and passed! Now that I am licensed I will always remember what he taught me during my lessons. Excellent driving school. I took the online courses and it was pretty quick and easy, there were timers on certain tests, but completing the course online with my busy schedule was pretty easy. Everything was really straightforward, with no complaints. I also did behind-the-wheel them, and their instructors are very patient and understanding for drivers new to the road. They were able to make known to the students the "traps" of the drive test course so that u are able to avoid it. Too bad I found out of them too late, else I would have taken their lessons. Five Star rating for this driver training school. All of my sons lessons were with Sam. Sam is so kind and caring with the situation of taking a student out on the road to learn to drive. I cannot say enough about how this man is dedicated to his job. What I can say is when it came down to taking the behind the wheel drive test, my son was nervous.
