I have never hired a cleaning service but after reading reviews and getting quotes I decided to go with Passeto for their great reviews and fair pricing. Lucia was a pleasure to speak with via text and was very efficient in letting me know that the cleaners were running a bit late. She was very helpful when I said I would need to leave at a certain time. Also, I sent her pictures of an area that had delicate items and she assured me that she would tell the cleaners. When the cleaners arrived, they were extremely friendly and professional. They worked quickly and efficiently. I couldn't believe how they were able to clean areas that I had never been able to get clean for years! They were also very attentive when I asked that a certain area not be cleaned. I was also so happy that they were excited to see my cat :) I am still in awe of how clean my apartment is and it seems that the products used are high quality and have a lasting effect, as I had the service several days ago and the areas in the kitchen and bathroom are still spotless. Also, the cleaning products left my apartment smelling divine and the small touches, such as folding the paper towel roll and toilet paper end were very classy. Lucia declined to clean our home because she said her staff would not wear a filtered mask (hospital mask, KN95, etc.), which we offered to provide to them for free to use and keep. Very unfortunate that they cannot provide cleaning services to individuals at high risk of COVID-19 and just want to stay safe in this COVID-19 environment while they are in our home. Her entire response to my request: "We don't use masks with filters. Unfortunately I can't help you. Thanks." Under her business page on Yelp, it also says "staff wears masks," which is clearly inaccurate and false advertising. I would give them ZERO stars, if I could, for being so inconsiderate. Update: I hope Lucia's rude reply to me below -- "it's not enough for you" and then simultaneously saying "we are always striving to be the best we can be for our customers" -- demonstrates how terrible her customer service is. We booked Passeto Cleaning Service for our home. We usually get a cleaning service annually for spring cleaning. After switching 2 different cleaning services from the past years, Passeto delivers! Lucia was so tentative and the price was really good! We were so satisfied with the cleaning services that I have to leave a good review for them. It is the detail that makes them above and beyond. First off, they cleaned the side of the wall which had embellishments. That is something I even miss most of the time. They even cleaned AND organized my fridge, wow! My regular cleaning lady recently went on maternity leave and myself being pregnant, I was getting desperate for a little help with my house. I reached out to several cleaning companies on Yelp and Lucia was very prompt with her quote and friendly customer service. The price she offered was very reasonable and close to what my cleaning lady charges, I decided to take her offer. She came to my house on time and was communicating with me on her ETA which I found very helpful to coordinate with my schedule. Once she arrived, she was following all COVID-19 Safe guidelines with face mask, booties and keeping distance while the service was being completed. Her and her assistant did a wonderful job cleaning the house, and were very accommodating considering I had my toddler running around, I was a little embarrassed he would not leave them alone but she was super friendly to him! Overall, I would recommend her to other people. I have even recommended her to my friend that uses the same cleaning lady I do since we're both in limbo for cleaning crew at the moment. In the meantime, I will remain using my regular cleaning crew only because I was hoping the continuous monthly service price would be matched to my current cleaning lady and unfortunately, her price is a little more expensive than I anticipated for the monthly cleaning service! read more

We have used Passeto about 3 or 4 times now...having them over about once a month when we can no longer stand the condition of our house. We have about 50% of the house cleaned as we have a big house and don't use certain parts of it all that much. Lucia and her team do an excellent job, leaving it sparkling and smelling great. I am particularly pleased with the vacuuming of dog hair as we have a hairy guy who leaves a trail of fluff wherever he goes, but they do much more than that and everything gets cleaned thoroughly. I am always happy when I pay someone to do something and they do a great job, but there's nothing like having people to your house who spend a couple hours there and leave it looking new. We'll keep calling Passeto once a month to keep this place looking pretty. read more

I reached out to Passeto Cleaning Services on Yelp and received a fast reply from Lucia with a cost estimate. I followed up and was able to have my first cleaning the following week. The cleaning was completed by two women who did a marvelous job. They arrived on time, actually early since they were ahead of schedule (texted to confirm it was okay). We have two dogs so while we keep our house pretty clean, a deeper cleaning is always a treat. The cleaning took around two hours and couldn't be happier with the results. The team arrived right on time & and was respectful of social distancing, mask, etc. they brought all their own equipment & got to work right away. They were running a little late the day of my appointment because of traffic, but she alerted me way in advance which was very professional. She also continued to update me on their status as time progressed. Upon arrival they began working without delay and were done within an hour. Lucia had me inspect everything before they left which I appreciated. I loved the level of effort they put into their work, by doing things like folding my toilet paper, removing and washing a cup that was in my bedroom, and vacuuming my sofa and chair. I submitted a Yelp request for Deep Cleaning of my home. I received a few quotes, spoke with owners and decided to use Passeto Cleaning. Estimate was comparable to others, plus she provided a discount - my husband is a Veteran. We really appreciated the discount. I was really looking forward to having our home cleaned in preparation of the Holidays. The Team (2 women) showed up a bit after the scheduled time - no problem though. I walked them through the house and pointed to areas that really needed attention. They started at the top of my home and then moved to the main level. Since I was working from home, I checked the areas they cleaned and was disappointed. The baseboards were not clean and the shower head, fixtures and tile in the Owner's suite didn't look like it had been touched at all. I called the owner and she said she would speak with them and for me to point out the areas that needed to go back and redo. They came back upstairs and said they cleaned the areas pointed out to them, but I was still not satisfied. Remember I asked for Deep Cleaning. Once they moved to the basement, I inspected the main floor. I was very disappointed as it appeared that they didn't touch the top or inside of the stove, or even wipe down the outside of the refrigerator. I immediately texted the owner and she said the Team told her that my oven is blue and they can't clean as it might stain from the cleaning products used. I responded that my oven is not blue. Also, they didn't even touch the underside of the microwave. Remember I asked for Deep Cleaning. The Team came back upstairs and proceeded to clean the areas that I once again had to show them. After they were done, I still was highly upset as their effort was not to my satisfaction since I requested Deep Cleaning. I immediately called the owner and she apologized. She also gave me a significant discount, which I appreciated. With the discount, I got what I paid for - a one time basic home cleaning. I was so hoping that this service would be to my satisfaction, but it wasn't. I'm giving this service two stars as the Team was pleasant and the owner was responsive. read more

We scheduled an appointment for 1:30pm. They showed up at 12:30pm. A whole hour early and just stood in my entry way and didn't know what to do. My husband and I were working so we sent them back and asked them to come back in an hour. They came back at 1:50pm and spent an hour cleaning. We have never had anyone who came and cleaned the whole house in an hour (we have two bedrooms and a den and two bathrooms). Here is what they didn't clean: sideboard, any of the windows/windowsills, backsplash in the kitchen, microwave, oven door, stovetop, AC air intake vent (it's on the lower part of the wall in the hallway), coffee tables, baseboard, shower door, bathroom floor etc. Frankly everything they did clean was only dusted. So whatever didn't come off during the dusting process got left behind. When we texted the owner, she said we could have told them to clean everything while they were still here (I had no idea we were supposed to micromanage the whole process). She then suggested to send the same people back to our house to redo it. We refused. Then she offered to send a different crew next day, we refused also. We were leaving town and didn't have time for it. We ended up paying half of the estimate (which is still too much). We understand running a small business is difficult, but you need to hold your employees to the same standards. Yes offering to come back and redo everything was a nice gesture, but not everyone has the time, and not to mention we are in the middle of a pandemic. We are not giving an one star review is because the owner seemed sincerely apologetic, and we are not out to destroy local businesses. read more

I scheduled my son's move-in cleaning with Lucia, all done remotely from my home in TX. I had no direct information to go on, just positive Yelp reviews. Lucia was responsive and easy to work with, and we scheduled the deep cleaning. Her two young women employees arrived exactly on time, and did a beautiful, thorough job cleaning what was a very neglected and dirty home. Be aware crew takes pictures and make videos without owners consent or owners being present at the time!!! Be aware crew still expected to be paid after quitting & walking out of an unfinished job! Everyone knows you need to ask permission to film a home or people unknown to you inside it. Period. So I just read her response under my first review. I'm happy to share the facts:) lets clear some Lies: She has never seem my house. she claims my house has 7 bedrooms & 9 bath. LOL. Sure. Let's make it 15 bedrooms and 13 baths. Why not! Fact: her source, Her crew. Two brasilian girls who illegally made a video of our home? without our consent? When I was away buying more Bona for our floors that were finished about 1 wk before- Fact: these two girls waited for me to leave to call her complain, make a video of our home, our house, our things? There were few things but still. thank God my kids were at school. It is not right to film your clients home without asking for the owners permission. It's a non, no. They also made a video of the crew that was doing a light retouch of the railings. The painters asked many times to stop filming them. Why? Apparently they claimed it our house was a construction site. LOL. This is a 4 years old house. We only had it paint inside and Re-stained the water based hard wood in 2 floors and the attic. More lies: most people know that stairs needs to be retouch at the end of staining hardwood floors. And that this wonderful White paint dries in seconds! Hardly a construction site. LOL, I love how she thinks we will compromise newly painting walls by asking them to clean them?anyhow. ALL this drama could have been avoided with a simple honest sorry but we cannot clean your house-upon arrival. I have not problem with that. Your crew had the absolute right to refuse services. Sounds very simple. right? You said we lied to you. Get up, drive where your crew is and be professional about all This. Don ask them to make videos of homes without peoples' consent. What an unethical way to run a business. Next time showed up and do a quote. Or even better asked the OWNER of the house to face time or make a short video. But no, too much work right? One can only wonder what pictures or videos you have taken from previous clients? I feel for them. One positive thing we asked the security company to come earlier and activate the security system in & out. We have learned a lesson. Oh well. I know you will answer to this too but I'm done with this. if it makes you happy in your next answer feel free to say that we told you we lived in a 3 bed/2bath place. Then your crew found out the house has 15 bedrooms and 13 baths, 5 half baths, 2 kitchens, 5 offices, you choose your lies. I will not response anymore but I do ask a favor since we have crossed paths do the right thing next time and please respect your clients' privacy!! 1 week update: After this fiasco, we asked for verbal referrals. We hired a company with a very professional manager. She showed up to walk through the house and gave us an estimate on the spot. Then 3 very professional ladies did the job in no time! They cleaned inside windows, fans, filters, floors and they even organized some things! Even better, They did not make any videos of my house!! I hired them to clean weekly job on the two main floors and biweekly for the whole house. And Yes, I told them about Passeto cleaning Services showing up, claiming they cleaned 5 bedrooms & bathrooms, claiming they ran out of time & could not clean this house giant house with unlimited bedrooms. they did have plenty time to complain & walk around my house, filmed videos of my home and people in it without our consent. And they expected payment for walking out of unfinished job. These girls are AMAZING! We don't typically use cleaning companies but we used them once before when we were moving out of a rental and they left it better than what we had gotten it! Then a relative moved in and wanted to pay for cleaning services with another company that they had used previously. They were okay but we had to get Passeto back. The difference was SO noticeable. They just really do a great job and every corner and crack is spotless. With the other company we had 4 girls come to clean and with Passeto we get two, but these two can take on anyone!
