We had a great experience as first-time users of a cleaning service. It's a little daunting that the scheduling is done via text (I've learned this is normal!), but Lucia is extremely responsive and accommodating. The cleaners were professional and thorough - though I do hope they are allowed to use earbuds to listen to music and vibe while they work bc I felt bad by how quiet they were being! Excellent cleaning service! They've been cleaning our house for a few months now, ever since we had a baby and couldn't keep up with the cleaning on our own. They're always very prompt and reliable, arriving on time and accommodating our schedule. Lucia is very responsive and kind - they even left us a little gift for the holidays! Needed them to clean since I m moving. Upon seeing them they followed the COVID guidelines with masks, gloves and even a face protector. Didn't ask for their names but they honestly did a great job and left the house almost spotless. Although I only had them once, I would highly recommend this service because if another opportunity comes, I would call them back as well They kept my place really clean and it stayed that way!
