All of my questions were answered in a timely fashion and the custom unit came out beautifully. I was reassured that my unit would come in time for a concert and she did not disappoint. I ordered 3 Platinum Brazilian bundles (2 20 inch, 1 22 inch, and a 16 inch 5x5 closure). As you can see the hair is very silky and tangle free. Been purchasing directly from website for maybe the past 5 years. The reason I didn't mind paying over $500 for 3 bundles is because the quality was amazing. The last 2 times I've purchased I've been very disappointed. Second to last time it's always the longest bundle the 26 in that seemed to bird nest in the back. So I bought more hair thinking it was a bad batch and it was the same bird nesting getting nappy through the day with a crazy amount of shedding. I have made multiple purchases from Passion For Weaves through my beautician, Kimberly, and have consistently been satisfied with the quality of the hair. However, my most recent purchase was disappointing. Although my initial impression was positive, I began to experience excessive shedding after two weeks. I contacted Kimberly, who informed me that another client had also complained about the hair. Kimberly noticed that the hair was shipped directly from the vendor, bypassing the owner. Kimberly said allow her to contact the owner. She said Jaquitta (the owner) responded by asking what she was expected to do, and stated that Kimberly could take her business elsewhere, she did not have to spend her money with her. I was shocked by Jaquitta's lack of concern and unwillingness to address the issue. I didn't expect a refund, however; I was expecting her to show concern so we didn't have this issue in the future. I went to this location to buy Peruvian deep wave . I explained that I need an expert advice and she said she been in business for 10 plus years so of course I trusted her opinion. I spent over $500 on 3 bundles that were supposed to be exactly the same 26" inch deep Peruvian wave . When I got home I see that it's a different curl and in fact that's why it's shorter than The other bundles. She will not allow me to exchange or return that 1 bundle . So now I have to put 2 different curls and lengths in my hair when I specified I need the same length . This store was recommended by my stylist to pick up some last minute hair. This store is located right off the freeway, which is super convenient. Plenty of parking as well. I was helped by Susie. She was very helpful and patient. I don't know much about buying weaving hair, but she knew all the right questions to ask. I love that they have all the hair available for you to actually touch and play with vs a beauty supply store where they barely open the package. Once I figured out which hair and length I wanted, she brought out multiple packs for me to choose from so I could get the best color for what I was looking for. I felt the hair was pretty reasonably priced too. Depending on how the hair works out, this most likely will be my new hair buying spot. I purchased hair from this store almost 2 years ago!! The bundles were full, there was very minimal shedding, no tangling and the hair held its integrity through every install. The luster and fullness remained in tact through straightening and curling. Although I still have the hair, I decided to to buy fresh bundles for my next install. I purchased 2 18" bundles for $240 and Eddie assisted me. Came back the next to purchase another bundle in the middle of my install because I wanted a fuller look. When I got to my hair shop, the stylist informed me that the hair was much lighter than the other bundles and it wouldn't blend well. I went back to the store and Eddie rummaged through boxes but couldn't find a bundle to match the hair he sold me the day before. I'm aware that natural virgin hair tends to differ in color slightly but this hair was bright red compared to the off black I purchased! He finally found a bundle close to the color I needed but it 22" instead of 18". He told me that even though he didn't have the inventory to give me the correct color and length I wanted, I could pay the difference for a longer bundle. So you mean to tell me that I've spent $350 in your store, you gave me a mismatched bundle and you want me to pay the difference for a length I didn't even want? Ok cool! I paid it because I was in the middle of an install and desperate. However, I'm very disappointed in the level of customer service and willingness to accommodate me for something that wasn't my fault. This place is about their coin and nothing more.
