Unfortunately the hair sent to me was of poor quality. The owner was rude, and unprofessional. Waste of my hard earned money. In the final response to the owners comment below. She suggested I put a color rinse on the hair (I have her text) , and the hair was unmanageable before the black rinse was applied. It changed the hair quality in no way, it was completely unlike hair I used from the company before right out the packaging. First package was refused because of miscommunication between the owner and her employee who is very respectful and kind over the phone. Nevertheless, Yes I have installed hair from this company and loved it , that is why I decided to order. Unfortunately my clients have had to send hair back as well because of quality issues as of late, and will no longer be purchasing from this company. There is no filter to put on a photo of hair to make it look of less quality. It's unfortunate because I was excited about supporting more business of color, and I would continue to order if it was not for the treatment I received personally from this company. If your hair was final sale great/ no problem, but it's the terrible customer service I received from the owner. My first time going into PASSION4WEAVES was about 3 years ago when they first opened. I purchaced the Brazillian wavy and I love my hair. All I do is wash it, hang it to dry, and it remains just as soft and silky as it was the day I bought it 3 YEARS AGO! I went back today because I wanted to try a different wave and received some of the best customer service ever! The employees knew their product and was very helpful with helping me make my selection. I just got it installed and it looks good and feels great! I was planning to get my hair done for a special occasion and had booked an appointment to get a weave installed but I hadn't had time to get hair extensions. So I called my friend up and she referred me to Jaquetta, owner of Passion 4 Weaves. I looked on their website and saw they were closed on Sundays, but I decided to try my luck and reached out to Jaquetta and she suprisingly responded and scheduled an appointment to come visit her store in Hayward on that same Sunday. I've been buying from this establishment for the last past 3 years and I still use the same hair that I first purchased which is the Loose Wave. The only thing i have to replace care my closures after a while. I just went in today to purchase the Malaysian Jerry Curl because I wanted a new wave. OMG! This curl pattern is so pretty.
