    Walked in no greetings! Wow! Really! Nothing no may I help you look forward something?! No hello looked my daughter and I right in the eyes! I was planning on buying so much. My daughter and I had all kind of items we were buying. We were going to spend at least $350! Wigs, hair supplies earrings! Thanks rude people foe sending us to Chris. Chris beauty supple always stop talking and focus on their customers always! The ladies at Lynn's were so ridiculously loud! Laughing talking to each other! So Damn Loud it was uncalled for! The man at the front register stared us right in the eyes! If we were thieves I'm sure he would had talked more! I will never step foot here again! Second time I thought they would had gotten better. Sad!

    Snatched the product as soon as I asked for details (I know nothing about extensions!)...

    I like to write tongue-in-cheek smarta$$ reviews about silly people, or a heads up about various services here and there. I like when other reviewers share their experiences and warnings, especially bc it saves me time and money. It's not often that I'm truly disgusted by people's behavior, but Lyna's 'Beauty' Depot (Rude Depot!), will not escape my wrath! Mwuhahaha, no seriously... If I could give a negative rating for the rude, and awful owners/employees of this store, I would find a way. I've never entered a store, and been treated with such disdain (a few came close). The behavior I witnessed was ugly and distasteful. I'm writing a charged review, because of the way the owners were treating their regular clientele. I had just driven one hour in traffic with my fighting kids and crabby husband, so I was ECSTATIC to jump out of the car, and even more excited to buy some real hair, tape-in hair extensions!! Woohoo! Caveat: I lost my voice from a cold, but it wasn't impossible to hear me. My angel daughter was also there to help me, so this would not have been a reason for anyone to be rude or impatient. I went up to the counter for help, my daughter and I were so excited to see all the products when we walked in (aka kids in a candy store!). Upon closer examination, I noticed that nearly all of their merchandise is cheap stuff from China. If you want cheap stuff from China (I love the funky earrings I find), you can get better quality items from Shein, for next-to- wholesale prices. I would only shop here, if I wanted something right away, and if the owners were decent to their customers. Unfortunately, you have to contend with very ill-mood people, who are angry with every customer in their store for no apparent reason... So, I was exited before I knew what abhorrent attitudes they had. I went up to a man and woman at the register, and I smiled and whispered that my new amazing friend (Princess from CosmoProf in Fremont - yay!!) had sent me. I thought they'd smile at the mention of her name, bc she is AMAZING, kind, professional and graceful (they could learn a few thousand things from her). The man was super annoyed, and just snipped, 'Yes?? WHAT?!?' I very kindly asked where I could find the human hair tape-in extensions. Now, for no reason whatsoever, both the atrociously rude man, and the scowling woman angrily answer, 'we don't sell tape-in hair here! Only clip hair here!!' I was in shock, not only that I wasn't smart enough to call ahead to make sure they had what I wanted, but also bc they were both SO filled with vitriol. The man even rolled his eyes. Seriously, what happened?! You didn't win the $2billion lottery?! Neither did I rage-o! I said I'd walk around to see if I needed anything. I was trying to be polite, bc I thought maybe they were both attacked by wolves that morning or something. My sweet daughter also looked shocked and upset. I walked over to another counter with more extensions. Long story short (too late)...a different woman with a vile attitude says 'no!!' to any question I ask (even before I finish my question!?). She won't even let me drape the real hair extension next to my own long hair?? This woman covers the hair product with her hand, when I ask nicely if she can tell me the color and name, so I can buy the tape-in version of this exact item online. I have explained that my hair is too weak for sew-ins, that the hair she's holding is close to my hair color, and that I live very far away and can't come back etc. Why care if I want to see the brand/product info if you don't even sell the version that I'm looking for? The woman then snatches the hair product from my hand. I'm so shocked by now. I try to calm her down by kindly explaining that I know nothing about extensions and that I'd love her guidance given all the hair products she carries in her store. She just keeps saying 'no,' as I carefully ask about the information on the back of the box, without touching the box. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL behavior... The last straw for me, was when I saw the man and woman at the register berating (and yelling at) a really kind woman as she was paying for her items. She spoke out as she was given her purchases, "You shouldn't talk to me this way, I shop here all the time." I have no idea what funky issues the owners of this store have going on, but it's unwarranted, ugly, and bizarre. I went up to the scowler and said, 'you've all been SO rude to me, and for no reason. I've also seen you be rude to your regular customers. You shouldn't speak to people this way, I am going to make sure I write a review about how rude your are to people. Your behavior has been terrible."

    First time going in today! I went in with my 2 toddlers so a bit nervous because they run around a lot but the staff are super friendly and sweet. The whole store has great prices !! Only payed $30 for 7 things. I will be coming back soon.

    I will never spend my dollars at this store, EVER! After trying on a few wigs one of the associates stated, "the maximum to try on is six". After requiring us to pay for a wig cap. There was absolutely no sign stating that CUSTOMERS could only try on six wigs. ITS A HAIR STORE!!! This store is targeted towards the African American community however, they treated us as if our dollars weren't good enough for them. It baffles me on how these people can be so rude towards black people while riding the mighty dollar train on our community. This is what I suggest, set your store up in downtown San Francisco an see how well your business does without the mighty BLACK dollar. I'll be calling the better business bureau Monday morning. I found this exact exact same wig online at elevate styles.com for 27.99

    Very friendly customer service! Ready to answer questions when needed and if they don't know, they will ask coworkers. Plenty of parking! Open on Sunday's!

    Found my hair supply store! Aĺl 3 cashiers very helpful, alot in a small space! Prices are reasonable. Ill be back soon!

The Issue: Upon entering, I approached two employees who were busy chatting. I politely interrupted to ask for a specific product. Instead of showing me to the shelf, one of them just pointed vaguely toward an entire side of the store and said, "That will be over there." I spent several minutes wandering around unable to find it. It was disappointing to see staff prioritizing a personal Starbucks delivery over actually helping a guest on the floor. The Recovery: Everything changed when I went up to the front and spoke to a cashier named Helen. I showed her a photo of the product, and she didn't just point--she immediately told me exactly where it was and then walked over to assist me personally. She checked in to make sure I found everything I needed and was incredibly professional and kind. Final Verdict: If you visit this location, look for Helen. She is an African American woman who clearly understands what real customer service looks like. She saved the trip, but management should definitely look into the floor staff's lack of engagement.

I didn't ask about a return policy or anything related to that, yet she immediately started loudly explaining the return policy to me, which felt unnecessary and made the interaction awkward. What made it more frustrating is that I had reward points available that could have been used toward my purchase, and I had to remind her about it. That's something staff should normally mention to customers so they can save a few dollars. I also noticed that right before helping me she seemed very bubbly and friendly with other customers, but when it came to my interaction the tone was completely different. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with the same courtesy and professionalism as everyone else. Customer service should feel welcoming and consistent for everyone. I hope management addresses this because experiences like that can really leave a bad impression.

My consultation was with Dr. Scott Chiang regarding several skin concerns. He explained all the different options and the pros and cons of each. For example, he explained there is a higher risk of PIH after fraxel with Asian skin. In the end, I decided to have a few small bumps (about 4-5) on my face removed via laser. If I did it that day, my consultation fee would go towards the cost of the procedure. The procedure took about 5-10 minutes and with each zap, Dr. Chiang would say, "that one's gone". The procedure was painless and with the after care instructions, everything healed in about 5 days with no scabbing. The bumps are gone and my face is smooth. Dr. Chiang referred me to an esthetician, Dana Schrieber, for my other skin concerns. Dana was also fantastic. On my first visit I spent about 45 minutes with her. She went over all the different options, and even let me see some of her own personal pictures from her own skincare journey. In the end, we decided to try the Obagi skincare system. She said I can email her anytime, and I'll have another check in with her in about a month. The price for the Obagi products through Kaiser is pretty much the same as the online price. I know there are online esthetician services, but it's nice to have someone I can see in real life taking care of my skin.

It definitely did not make me as a customer feel welcomed, and in the moment I literally said "I know my skin isn't the best right now" cause she just kept it up with her faces and comments. As I was mentioning my skincare routine before applying makeup, she cut me off asking if I exfoliate since she saw I had a few blemishes here and there, and this whole convo wasn't even supposed to be this deep about skincare. I was literally just asking about a makeup product... As a college student with acne prone skin i'm very aware I don't have glowing skin, it's a work in progress. But those faces and attitude was straight up unwarranted. I literally had to just walk away mid speech about her being a "skincare expert", like girl I get it you're trying to be somewhat helpful but there's other ways to assist customers than the way you did. I literally work in sales and there's so many other ways to treat customers that whatever that was.
