I cannot say how much I love this place with only 5 stars!!! I honestly wish there were more stars that I could give. I have been going here for over a year and Kenny and Tee are the best. They can recreate any style that you show them and they always make great conversation. This place is like a haven for those of us who live busy lives. They always have the spa music going and make sure the massage chairs are on full speed. I also really like the fact that you can get fill-in while you're getting your pedicure so it speeds up the time. Cost: They are worth every penny. The only place in kennesaw you can show any Instagram picture and have it recreated but better. Location: parking is always easy it's just hard getting out of the parking lot due to traffic and construction. Hopefully the city will be done with the lane closures soon. The plaza has tons of other shops and I literally get my Brazillian at the place next door. Such a great location! Service: I am always greeted, always able to make an appointment and never have I ever been left to wait more than 5 mins. The service is unmatched and that's why I continue to go here. I usually don't even do reviews, but I had to for this one. Anne was AMAH-ZING! She taught me how to do my own nails (sns). I recently just bought a kit off Amazon because I went somewhere else & sns was $83 & I said HELL NAW, I'm about to start doing my nails myself lol! But they were VERY reasonably priced. I got to the register am my total was $55 for sns nails & gel toes. So I'm VERY happy! And will be visiting them again for another pedicure. I'm still going to attempt to do my own nails, but if it's an epic fail, I now know where to go. The only reason why I gave them 4 stars is because they are uptight about masks, which I HATE wearing! I visited this nail salon on 1-8-23. My nails were completed by Annie and she was super nice. However, the quality of work done was less than sub par. On Day 3, one nail broke, a week later another nail cracked/chipped in the middle and exactly 2 weeks later another nail chipped/cracked in the middle. Keep in mind I have an administrative type job and no strenuous work is needed. I attempted to call the nail salon but it automatically gives a Verizon message. Save yourself the time and go elsewhere because SNS should last up to 3-4 weeks. read more

Under new ownership, been going here for over a year now and the quality of service has drastically declined since the previous owners left. Don't get me wrong, it's decorated nicely and everyone is very nice, but the quality of service is pretty bad now. Nails that used to last near a month without chipping, breaking, etc. , now are lifting after only a week and a half. Not to mention I was cut THREE times ( one of which started leaking blood) simply while getting a fill in? The new nail techs are either just learning how to do nails or haven't been doing them for very long. Pedicures are perfect and relaxing , I just wouldn't trust getting your nails done. read more

Made an appointment at 2:00 with some of my friends. It is 3:40 and no one has even touched my hands. This place sucks. Don't come

My daughter and I went here yesterday. It didn't look busy so we thought we would pop in for a impromptu pedicure. There was no one waiting when we arrived and the lady instructed us to pick out our color and have a seat and we did. After about 30 minutes we decided to inquire how much longer it would be? The employee didn't speak very good English and we thought she said 1/2 hour more! We were like, ok, we can't wait that long. I don't know what the other customers where getting but wow....guess they take their time giving pedicures! But the employee then tried to explain that it will only be 10 more minutes. Well she was right, they took us to the pedicure chair and then we probably sat there for another 1/2 hour!!! I was pretty frustrated by now. The good side of this review is that the pedicure that we did receive was very well done. My toes look great, just wish it didn't take that long to get started. It would of been nice if she would have told us about the wait before we sat down. read more

They cut my friend's skin, charged her $5 more, and they put the wrong color on her nails. When she told them it wasn't the right color & that she wanted them redone, they said it would be $20 more. This has been the worst experience I have ever had. I expressed how I didn't like the size and how the nail tech glued the acrylic to my SKIN! Then they went and switched technicians! I would have been okay with that if this woman actually knew what she was doing. She filled my nails as if she's never done it before. At that point I had to decide if I wanted to cause a damn scene or leave. I grabbed my things and told her I wanted to pay and leave. The second lady starts to tell me "why didn't you tell me?" UM..WHAT!??? AM I THE PROFESSIONAL NAIL TECH OR ARE YOU!?? WHAT WAS YOUR REASON TO SWITCH WITH THE FIRST TECH!?? You could clearly see how bulgy it looked. You could clearly see how UNEVEN they are. The first technician left within minutes of the other woman working with me. What the hell!!?? She was rushing because she wanted to leave!! FANTASTIC! Oh , but wait, THERE IS MORE! I like this location, it's a decently sized salon, always several employees available. They are friendly and fast. I got the deluxe spa pedicure with the callus remover and my feet are so smooth and feel amazing. They are never rough with you, and the place is very clean. They offer a student discount. I just recently moved to the Kennesaw area and was worried about trying to find a good nail place to go to. The reviews were mostly good so I decided to give it a shot. I came in, maybe waited about 5 mins for someone to start on me. I got a gel manicure that looks amazing even with my really short natural nails and they have a great color selection. One of the brands of gel polish also makes regular polish so I was able to match my toes perfectly! The pedicure was great for only $25. Of course I wish the massage would have been longer, but who doesn't! I will definitely be back! Both technicians really took their time to make sure my nails and toes looked great! read more

I got the $40 pedicure and it wasn't even worth $10. Besides being cut, he had to have help knowing what lotions to use and rushed through it. This is now my new go to spot when in the Kennesaw area! I walked right in without an appointment and was seen immediately. Before the technician even started on my nails she made sure they had the color from the picture I showed them of design I wanted. Then they asked if I prefer manicure or just polish. This is important as many times salons will go straight into the manicure because you'll spend more money that way. I have super sensitive cuticles that are still healing from a previous manicure where I was cut so I appreciated being asked. Plenty of parking and everyone was super friendly. The only con was getting into the plaza it's tricky as you can only make a right turn into it. Oh well worth the 5 extra mins to do a quick u-turn! read more

I went in last Wednesday and got my nails done in a full set with gel and a special shape. The lady doing my nails refused to shorten them to the length I was used to getting and proceeded to charge me more for a shape I was extremely unhappy with. The polish itself has held up but my nails are already coming off. I will never go back. Not even to get these fixed because it is obvious they will be messed up a second time. Worst manicure ever - they must put some kind of softening agent in their nail polish to avoid buying more. I spent $60 for a mani pedi that didn't even last the short drive home, after waiting over an hour for my toes to dry and having two touch ups to my manicure. The polish was completely ruined and needed to be taken off immediately. I've been doing my nails for years and never had polish completely fail to dry whatsoever after such a long time. I went here on Thursday. (Today is Sunday) I was charged $70 for mani and pedi. I got gel nail polish and it is all already chipping off every nail. She didn't go a manicure on me either. All the cuticles are there and not she did massage my hands (massage part is not a big deal to me) however I expect quality work. Not to mention I tipped her $15! I'm so tired of going to salons only for them to not listen to my requests. I have a hard enough time getting my nails to grow and have no desire to go with artificial nails anymore. I specifically stated NOT to file my nails because each and every time they file them down to NOTHING. I filed them myself with the appropriate type of file beforehand.
