This service fees are modest and affordable. And in our case when the Chinese consulate overcharged us based on their error, Cassandra at visa services went to battle for us. I was informed by both email and phone that my daughter can only apply for travel certificate instead of visa due to the change of regulation. I was very nervous because we would leave in three weeks. Christine told me they could help me pick up the travel certificate once it is ready. My whole family had to go to New York city for the application. I mailed her the application ticket and $30 pickup fee. I got the certificate one week ahead our departure.
