My daughter has a brace on and had to come in with a walker.And they treated her so nicely. You have to make an appointment to be seen, you can do it online. I was able to make an apt for the next day. When you come, everything moves on time, it literally took me ten minutes to do everything. As long as you come with what you need and what you're supposed to bring. It was so quick and easy and again So efficient, I can't say that enough. It's blowing in my mind. This service fees are modest and affordable. And in our case when the Chinese consulate overcharged us based on their error, Cassandra at visa services went to battle for us. She was able to give us the visa for the initial price that we paid even though the Chinese consulate made the error. This goes along way and saved us a couple of hundred dollars. I called weekly and was always told the same. Patty seems to be gone as her voice mails says she is out for a few days. Each time I call, I was transferred to "finance" and got voice mail. Last week, I spoke to Sierra, who told me she will send an urgent alert to "finance" and will send me a confirmation email. Guess what I never received ? I called today and was placed on hold for 45 minutes, then disconnected. I called the main number and no answer. I called from another number and the same agent, Emilio, I spoke to earlier picked up and proceeded to say he is getting a supervisor, only to be placed on hold another 30 minutes before getting a general voicemail. It is very sad this organization is taking advantage of people likely in a desperate situation.

I was very nervous because we would leave in three weeks. Christine told me they could help me pick up the travel certificate once it is ready. My whole family had to go to New York city for the application. I mailed her the application ticket and $30 pickup fee. I got the certificate one week ahead our departure.
