Do not use this service ! I wish I has looked at the reviews. I had the same experience as the…read moreother poor reviews. I had signed up for services on May 26th. My credit card was charged $775. I was called by an "account manager" letting me know she could not secure an appointment in time for my travel. She said she will cancel the order and I will receive a refund. I called a week later and spoke to Patty. She said she will request again and it should take 7 days. Needless to say, today is July 22 and no refund received. I called weekly and was always told the same. Patty seems to be gone as her voice mails says she is out for a few days. Each time I call, I was transferred to "finance" and got voice mail. Last week, I spoke to Sierra, who told me she will send an urgent alert to "finance" and will send me a confirmation email. Guess what I never received ? I called today and was placed on hold for 45 minutes, then disconnected. I called the main number and no answer. I called from another number and the same agent, Emilio, I spoke to earlier picked up and proceeded to say he is getting a supervisor, only to be placed on hold another 30 minutes before getting a general voicemail. It is very sad this organization is taking advantage of people likely in a desperate situation.

Looks like the frustration grows. Most unprofessional service I've ever worked with in my career…read more Stay away. Paid for expedited service and didn't come through. Used the excuse that the consulate had delays. Don't believe it in a heart beat. There is no follow-up, no one answers a phone, no one returns a call or email. Extremely poor service and Barbara is not customer focused at all. I've relayed to my company never to use them again and can't say that you get any better service out of having an account manager, because Meridyth out of Denver is no better. I had a colleague use another service because of the response he got out of this agency, and let's just say, he made the trip and I'm still waiting. Don't use this service. Seek others.

I was also very happy with their help getting a ticket. I wanted to travel to China with a stopover of 5 days in Japan. I didn't know that if you fly Japan Air that you can stopover for free in Tokyo. They saved me about $800 bucks that way. (Deduct a quarter of a star for not mentioning that I could get 50% frequent flier miles on American Airlines for flying Air Japan, though.)

I hadn't paid too much attention to their service before, but this time I was really impressed by Christine. I needed go back to China in early May this year and I booked two round-trip tickets two months ahead at about $1,130 each, which is pretty much a deal at that time. I also asked them to help me with the application of my daughter's visa. Christine knows every detail about the materials for the application. I gave her the application package in the lobby of their office building right before she went home. She wrote a receipt on the back of her business card because she didn't have receipt with her at that moment. I was informed by both email and phone that my daughter can only apply for travel certificate instead of visa due to the change of regulation. I was very nervous because we would leave in three weeks. Christine told me they could help me pick up the travel certificate once it is ready. My whole family had to go to New York city for the application. I mailed her the application ticket and $30 pickup fee. I got the certificate one week ahead our departure. I really appreciate Christine as she is very responsible and friendly.
