They were very professional and had great communication through text, phone call, and email. Best services ever! I was going to Rio de Janeiro for a week vacation and needed a Brazilian visa. I don't have time to go to the consultant office and deal with all the paperworks, making numerous trips to the office and appointments with them and don't want to screw up my applications. So I search in yelp and found this office with great reviews. I gave them a tried. The experience was great. This office take care of everything from A to Z for me. Not only was the office is conveniently located right in the heart of downtown Boston but the people there are very helpful, fast and extremely professional. They also have a 24 hours customer service # that answer all your questions whenever you have any concerns. I submitted all the papers required and pay them the fee. i got my visa within two weeks period. I was a happy man! The only complaint I have is the services fee is alittle bit steep. They charge me $280 for the whole services. Where I look online and the visa application fee only cost $160 if I do the job myself with Brazilian consultant. But anyway I highly recommend this office for those who don't have time or want to deal with the consultant for your travel needs. read more

These people do a superb job of handling any and all visa application issues. Customer service at the Boston office is superb. Behind the scenes, they've got Ron working from remote, calling all the shots and providing staff and customers with answers to ANY questions that come to mind. Recently I worked with this agency on a very messy Russian visa application, and all of my problems (manifold) were handled perfectly. I've sampled service at several local visa agencies, and in my opinion, service at It's Easy! is easily the best. Geez, whats with all the bad reviews from the other sites? I used itseasy services and i found it to be great. I needed my passport FAST because i was leaving in 3 days to Japan and they told me what i needed and what to do. It was NOT difficult at all. Pricey? So so but thats the price you pay for expediting services in general. They called me like 2 days early and said "YOU CAN COME PICK IT UP" and i did and damn i was so happy. Now, i lost my passport 2 years later and im most definitely returning to them. Best thing is to go early in the morning i believe and stress how important your trip is (just in case). Very nice people on the phone and in person. I'm actually going back this friday to give in the documents for my lost passport. I used the Boston branch of It's Easy to get a tourist visa for China and was *very* impressed. This was the first time I ever used a visa/passport expeditor and I shopped around first to check out a couple of other competing agencies in downtown Boston. It IS so easy. They answered my questions on their 24 hour phone line. I'd tried to complete the China visa form myself but made several mistakes. It's Easy took my half completed application and fixed it. Exactly two weeks later my visa was ready for pick up. It's Easy got me a longer visa period then I would've applied for on my own. I used ItsEasy from ~2011-2015, without any major problems. However, my last experience with them was so horrible that I decided I was never going to use them. Avoid a CSR, Charles at all costs! I was applying for my visa for two countries, and sent the package to them with a clear note that I would email two of the invitation letters that were needed. I sent them the invitation letters the next day. I got an email from one agent that my application was missing paperwork, and I got an email from another agent that I didn't need to send any paper work because the consulate accepted the application as is. When I called, I spoke to an agent, Charles. The rudest, and most unhelpful customer service rep I have ever worked with. Didn't provide an iota of help! Per him, ItsEasy just takes the package we send, and drops it off at the consulate without looking for completeness - What! I had never heard of anything so absurd! In any case, thanks to their incompetence both my visa applications got messed up, and I had to postpone my trip. I refuse to do business with an organization that has such poor customer service. read more

A Class Act. Wow -- talk about business integrity-- I called It's Easy this morning because I was worried that 10 business days might not be enough time to get a Visa to travel to a certain South American country, and the customer service agent said that the embassy in question would expedite my Visa request without my needing to purchase special expediting services. It's Easy COULD have taken my $179 and "expedited" it for me anyway, but they didn't rip me off. Now that's a trustworthy place to do business. If only I could find a mechanic that honest ;-) I will definitely recommend them to my friends! read more

Wonderful, friendly and fast service. We needed a visa for China. We first contacted Passports and Visas at Post Office Sq. They only took appointments, so we made one. However, no one ever showed up. So we called It's Easy and were told to come on over. We were in and out in 15 minutes and received the visa in one week. Worse Visa Agency ever!!! Basically I needed a Brazil visa fast... I had a friend recommend Its Easy. Huge mistake!! They originally have a $149 rush fee on visas.... once my visa application was submitted they then said there was an extra $226 Special Handling fee. After talking with the Lady on the phone she admitted that the Brazilian Embassy doesn't do anything different it's just a factor of how long It's Easy will hold it on their end.. This is just a way to extract more money from customers as this extra money doesn't go to the Brazilian Embassy. Due to It's Easy not informing me about their policy to hold visa applications unnecessary unless you pay their extra exorbitant Special Handling fees... and not informing me of that until the application was submitted!!! I will sadly not be able to get a visa in time to go to Brazil:-((( So AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!!!! read more
