Tried this new place on a cold snowy night in Chicago. It was a solid four stars and worth a shot. Started with the cranberry salad, which was good but some candies walnuts would have made it a little better. The pasta was great. Good portions and tasted great. Tried two different ones and would recommend them both. Plenty of leftovers for lunch. Also got a meatball panini, which I was looking forward too. The meatballs themselves had a sausage forward flavor; which tasted great, but they were overall a little dry to be honest. A little more cheese or some red sauce would have helped. Finally, we tried some of the cheesecake for dessert and it was some of the better cheesecake I have ever had. Glad they are in the neighborhood, would definitely recommend and will go back.

Looks and tastes like ragu sauce with barilla noodles and the tiniest frozen meatballs. Save your money

Probably the worst carry out I've had in 5 years. Pasta overcooked. Sauce absent. Won't do again.

Love their Vodka Sauce. I've had it multiple times. Being trapped at home (by doctor), I have it delivered.

Finish with any one of our decadent desserts - choose your favorite! It was incredible! The Tuscan kale salad had me skeptical but we all were blown away by it. We had the kalbi egg rolls, salami and fig flat bread amd the pesto pasta. They were very good. It was plenty of food for us. We will definitely be back.

My son and his girlfriend have been there many times, and insisted we get the whipped ricotta appetizer and kale salad. Both of these items were top notch, as were the cocktails and we enjoyed. The pasta bolognese that the ladies ordered was delicious. My son had the burger and fries, and it was fine, just not very special. I ordered the "half" chicken, thinking as a bird themed restaurant, the only poultry entree would be a star, but that was not the case. A small thigh and half of a breast was their interpretation of a half chicken, and this was noted on the menu, but the portion was disappointing. The dish was supposed to to be accompanied by polenta with trumpet mushrooms, but two paltry slices of mushroom with a small smear of polenta completed the dish which "artfully" only occupied the left half of the plate, leaving the rest of the plate bare. Small portions aside, the dish was overly salty, to the point I had dry mouth the rest of the night, and the chicken was overcooked. The taste was fine, and the little bit of polenta added enough moisture to make the dish work. The worst thing was the incredibly dull dinner knife that couldn't cut through the mushroom, let alone the chicken, causing me to apply the stab and pull/tear method to get bite sized pieces. Everything thing else was superb. I would go back for the cocktails and appetizers, perhaps grazing the appetizers and a salad as a dinner. The pastas all looked terrific, but I will probably steer clear of the four mains on the menu, as they seem to be the least inspired items to order.

The pizza was so delicious that I couldn't give up on the pizza shop. During my recent order I tried the sweet chili wings and it was unbelievable. The wings had a crisp to them but the sweet chili sauce had a nice kick to them. Like many places it's not a full wing but split in half so keep that in mind. It's still a good amount of food. I normally order the tavern style pizza and Tortorice's does not hold back on toppings. Each slice is jam packed with toppings. Everything tastes fresh and high quality. One thing to note is I ordered my food for a specific pick up time but ended up having to wait additional time for the rest of my order to be ready. I know the food is worth the wait so I don't mind but giving a heads up so you don't come starving and expect to get your food right away. It's happened the last few visits. The location is located conveniently on Irving Park so it's easy to find. Parking might be an issue if you drive.

The parking lot is only for " employees only" so we had to park about a block away and walk to the restaurant . Then you have to wait in line to be seated only to seat yourself. Walk back to the counter and order your food and pay for it up front before you dined in.... The prices have skyrocketed drastically.... 5 wing dings are $10... which by the way are still good but really the price really? Then 5 mozzarella sticks are $12 which need seasoning in the breading and tasted a bit bland. The pizza was still pretty good but the price increase was ridiculous. They no longer have fountain drink or offer water or ice, everything was in a can which the can pops were $2 and some change. The total came to $95 for a party of two. The tables were close to one another with minimal privacy or space. And the staff did a drive by check in to see if things were okay. We asked if they had courtesy cups of water and were told we'd get a courtesy bottle water but they never came back. The prices increased but the portions and taste decreased and the customer service was horrible. I will not he going back anytime soon.

The meal started strong with crispy, golden flatbread paired with creamy ricotta. The ricotta was silky and lightly tangy, topped with olive oil, shaved cheese, herbs, and a sweet-savory jam that added depth. The bread had that perfect crunch on the outside with a slight chew inside -- simple but elevated. The pasta was the star. Wide ribbons cooked perfectly al dente, coated in a rich, slow-simmered ragu that tasted deeply savory and comforting. The sauce clung beautifully to the noodles, and the generous sprinkle of parmesan tied everything together. It felt rustic but refined -- the kind of dish you keep going back for.

We sat in the back so it was quieter, but still kinda loud overall and felt more casual than expected. Better for groups than a romantic dinner. 6.5/10. Service was great though. Our server was funny, super attentive, and paced everything perfectly. Loved the little details like switching plates and checking in at the right times. 8/10. The sweet onion toast was sooo good. Reminded me of Au Cheval's bone marrow + jam combo. Crispy & flavorful. 9.5/10. All the pastas were cooked perfectly al dente and not oily at all which I LOVED. The strozzapreti was super comforting with great duck flavor. 8.5/10. The beet agnolotti was really unique, tasted like a cream cheese lox everything bagel. 8/10. The cappelletti was more mid for me, good filling and sauce but nothing crazy. 7/10. The pork collar had an interesting texture like medium rare steak, but I'm just not a big pork fan. 6/10. Now the desserts... BEST part of the meal. The chocolate pavlova was insane. First time trying it and the textures were crazy good with the sorbet, mousse, and crunch. 9.5/10. The cookie dough brownie ice cream was also one of the best flavors I've had. 9.5/10. They also gave us a free chocolate cake for our celebration which was a nice touch, but it tasted pretty basic. Overall, really solid pastas, amazing desserts, and a great app, but a litttttle overhyped for me.

The restaurant was definitely busy on a Friday night, and we made a reservation for a 7:45 seating and were taken to our table right away. We loved the play on an old neighborhood bar with the fun red and white glass chandeliers that you would find at any watering hole in the city. Funny enough, we discovered Void via a Tik Tok video and came specifically to try the Agnolotti. This is by far one of the best pasta dishes I've ever had. The sweet potato paired with ricotta, kimchi, scallion and toasted sesame are an amazing touch and play on this type of pasta. We additionally ordered both the house made focaccia and the Spaghetti Uh-O's. These two items are definitely what Void is known for, and we loved both of them. The focaccia was super fresh, and the side of butter with honey was incredible. The spaghetti came in a fun little branded can, which of course added a nice touch to the dish. We ordered several cocktails on their menu, and were so full by the end that we did not order the dessert. The staff was super friendly during the entirety of our time at the restaurant. One item we wished we try was the chicken, which happened to be one of the staff's favorite. We will definitely be back to try that soon. Cheers!
