Great customer service, very friendly and attentive lady in the front. The food was absolutely amazing! We got the pork and beef mixed shawarma wrap and it was probably the best shawarma wrap I've eaten, including from Armenia. The veggies tasted fresh and the chicken was a bit charred it was really good and it was packed with meat! the perfect late night food! They mixed up my order. Called in to correct it . Phone was picked up by a Russian speaking female, who greeted me "Patar Shwarma Zdrastvuyte" I was like what? She continued talking to me in Russian. I perfectly understanding what she's saying, refused to speak in Russian and replied to her in Armenian since I called in to Armenian business. The female gave me attitude because I refused to speak Russian. Started mumbling smth in heavy accent in English. I'm an Armenian, called in to Armenian business in LA. I think the business owner should respect his customers demographics . I didn't call a "shashlik V Sochi" , I called an Armenian business in LA. We are done with Soviet Union 30 years ago! We are done with Russian "munat"... This is not professional. Luckily the owner picked up, apologized for the attitude of his employee, and offered refund for missed order, which I refused... Not everything is about money. He did his best to save a customer, but the bitter taste is from employees disrespectful attitude is still there. Please don't make Glendale into Rushka... My boyfriend ordered from this place two weeks ago and hasn't stopped talking about it since. So today we decided to order it so I could try it. We both got the pork shawarma on baguette. Hands down the most delicious shawarma sandwich!! Had a few jalapeños in there which gave it a nice kick. Also had this really tasty sauce in there. Highly recommend this spot! I was driving by and I saw Patar. They serve shawarmas and sandwiches, so I was intrigued. I stopped by not knowing how much of a gem this place is. The service was not only fast, but also the people were super friendly. The atmosphere of this establishment is modern and felt clean. On to the food, it was filled with flavor and melted in my mouth! After speaking to the owner, he explained they were a brand new business so I had to leave a review. The service was bothersome because the lady couldn't communicate and when I asked for hot sauce she said it's in the bag but it wasn't . I spend $18 on the most mid beef shawarma.
