I have had guys from this company show up at my workplace, without being requested, 3 times now. I…read moremanage a small retail shop in a chain. Every time, they want to service my fire extinguishers. Cool. But, they say they don't bill anyone or do contracts so, I have to pay them cash out of my till. Well, that's a problem when our policy is to NEVER to do that unless upper management tells us to first. That's a pretty reasonable policy, I think. They were given proper contact info each time. Yet, when they get no response, they STILL keep trying with me and I have to go through the same crap each time. They seem to get pushier and pushier every time and today the guy outright lied to me and said he "just got done doing our other stores"! Then, after telling me that he only had the email earlier, he pulls out his phone and CALLS my boss on speaker! When he is told "no" by my boss, he got SO rude, still wanting to argue. But he did finally leave. Afterwards, the same boss told me that in the past, this company called another one of our locations to complain that MY store hadn't paid them. They had done NO work at my store!! Be careful with these guys, they will use HIGH pressure tactics including lying to get that $$. Maybe they do a good jod, I wouldn't know. But, the tactics they use will ensure that I NEVER find out! ​
