High turnover rates effects the quality of care one can experience. I believe the board should change Sr. Management. My wife worked here for 9.5 years and was fired without one write up. She was there to cry with you with your child's successes, and visited your children in the hospitals. Never seen the top brass there. Sr. Management has fired several women who are able to speak up for themselves, and are fired without justification. The State of Tennessee has backed my statement up in regards to my wife's firing by a Sr. Manager. I have the paper from Tennessee; so I can say that. I encourage customers to start asking questions, and looking for other options for there children. It's time for a change and a new direction!!! It's time to change Sr. Management!!
