She said they hold appointments for an hour even if you're not here. Then she tells a guy when he walked him they're extremely busy and he should go to TMH urgent care. (What)?? Then she tells a customer they may not take his insurance without knowing if that was the case so he could leave. The problem is I have the same insurance that was previously accepted. I asked for her manger (Xavier she stated) She called him and lied about my concerns and then sat there and whispered with another office worker while still not wanting to work. She didn't mention to me when I checked in they were running behind I had sat over 45min before she says they will try to see if the other appointments don't show which they hold for an hour even if there not in the building. I've never heard of this, but maybe this is why they turn patients away and get behind. Terrible!!!!!!! I hope this gets fixed soon because customer service like this is not what I'm accustomed to with PF.:( Whitney Wells (Regional Director) if you see this the staff needs training in policy and customer service.

I was hesitant to go to my appointment after reading the negative reviews but I am so glad I didn't…read morecancel. From start to finish the staff took care of me kindly and efficiently. Iyana at the front desk, checked me in early and was very kind and professional. Janay and Ryne were both helpful in my diagnosis and spoke to me not only professionally but like a human! I was there for about an hour, but I was taken back early and they ran 2 tests so it seems like an accurate timeline. I am self pay, they told me what I owed up front and what it included before ever being seen, they also helped me find the best pharmacy to get prescriptions for the cheapest price. Facilities were nice and clean! I'd recommend this location 100%!

I'm sorry the location wouldn't allow me to update the office was on Bucklake and I also emailed the regional manger that was listed on the card. W.Wells

This is the Urgent Care address, and this review will be about my experience at Urgent Care…read more I was having pretty severe back pain for a few days and tried to make an appointment with my Dr, but every opening they had conflicted with my work schedule (I am not one to take off due to feeling poorly). Mid-day I decided to try the Urgent care at TMH, so I went online and made an appointment. Only two slots were available for that night, 8 and 8:30. I picked 8pm. We arrived a bit early, about 25 minutes) I have issue with being late, and I was hoping to be seen earlier if there was room. I opened the door and the waiting room was about 80% full. Sigh. I wasn't optimistic. I went to the window to check in and saw a sign saying to mention an appointment if you have one, so I did. The lady behind the counter looked tired and worn out, but she gave me a clipboard and sent me off to a chair to fill in the needed info as ran my ID and Insurance info. When I finished that form, and returned it, she gave me another to fill out. I was a little frustrated that she didn't give them all to me at once, but then I realized this form was specific to me, and held info that TMH had on file about me. I went to fill that one in and around 7:55pm, they called me back. I didn't even get a chance to finish the paperwork, so the triage nurse did that for me in the exam room. She did my vitals, asked some questions, then stepped out. Dr came in within 5 minutes, did an exam on my back and legs, and then told me he was issuing me specific meds and an injection the nurse would bring in. Within no time, the nurse came in with the injection, my discharge papers and my prescriptions (they called most of them in to my pharmacy), and I was out to pay my co-pay and in my car by 8:30pm. Amazing. I will use them again for urgent needs, and I will always attempt to make an appointment.
