Really friendly and good service. The food was excellent as well. We tried the San Luis roll, the Baja roll, yakimeshi, as well as the tempura zucchini appetizer. I enjoyed everything. Next time I'll probably try something other than the Baja roll, even though I did like it. That roll was a little mild in flavor and I live stronger flavors usually. I definitely expect to return soon. I wasn't crazy about the ambiance but it's probably just me. read more

Judging a Sushi Restaurant but it's bento box might not be fair but for now that's all we have to go by. Pressed for time we opted for a Beef Teriyaki and a Shrimp Teriyaki Bento boxes priced at $12.00. Kinda sad that hot tea was not available. Kinda bummed about that. Raspberry iced tea was the usual, nothing special here. The shrimp were a tad tough and as one would expect doused in sauce the seafood flavor was missing. The salad was fresh and crunchy the dressing was good. Sushi rice was perfect so here in lies my hope for Patio!!! The wasabi dab was ample. Eggrolls crispy and okay. Because of the proximity to home I really hoped that this place would have impressed me. Another visit for sushi fellow diner was intrigued to return to see what the 'Mexican' sushi is like! They have soy paper wrap! And it's only $1/roll! We tried the veggie roll, crispy shrimp roll and shrimp tempura roll all with soy paper wrap, as well as the shrimp teriyaki bowl, chicken teriyaki salad, and bento box with beef. They were all delicious and I can't wait to go back and try more. Service was great and quick. They have Coke products, several beers on tap and what looked like a decent bar. read more

Doesn't look like much when you drive past, and if you blink, you'll Miss it but I'll tell you what it's a funky little place and it's really good spicy garlic edamame and I had a tempura fried sushi roll and that has been awesome blossom. The weight staff, which was a young lady and she's doing the whole bar And love the seats and she is great very polite very quick and seems to know how to navigate through lots of people being here. It's clean and smells clean and they have a bar also it's almost like a sports bar I think but if I come back to Yuma which I will be in four months, I will definitely stop here. read more

Ordered this item. Ive ordered here before and it was my favorite spot for sushi rolls. I go based on the photos when getting new items. Very disappointed. I called and staff said the image was wrong and there was nothing they would do about it. If yall wanna know ahead of time this is the Xolo roll. Finally an amazing spot that actually knows how to make sushi. Good space and great atmosphere. Highly recommend to anyone who's not from yuma and is used to good sushi from where they're from. Went there around 3pm and was waiting on 2 other individuals. I didn't get asked if I wanted a drink or anything. My guest arrived 5 minutes later. We ended up waiting a total of 15 minutes and the waiters (two of them) never came and asked us what we wanted to drink or even bother took our order. They even cleaned the tables around us as we just continued to wait. It was as if we were invisible. Just overall terrible service and I more than likely will never go back. read more

Asked several questions about items , nice to explain all ingredients on questioned items.. ordered teriyaki chic bowl, spring rolls, tempura zucchini, jalapeño bomb, dragon roll, Tampico roll. This place is hands down our favorite sushi restaurant so far. We live on socal coast and have been to dozens of great sushi places but the taste here is superior to everything we've had! If you are on the fence just go in and try it yourself! We had the teriyaki, cmt, and baked salmon rolls and the yakisoba, and sodas and ended up with a $50 bill which I think is awesome for the size of the dishes and taste. It's also an exciting clean bar vibe. The service was great, the servers were friendly and seemed to be happy to be there (I know fake I've been a server haha). Definitely check it out! read more
