I have yet to have found a nail shop since i moved out here, i went out with my mom and grandma here off a whim and had the most amazing, and peaceful experience. Everyone was so kind and went above and beyond. Jennifer who did my nails was so excited to do so !! Such relaxing pedicures, even for the basic option they really outdid themselves. My grandma has dementia so she can be a little overwhelming but not for them !! They loved her and she had so much fun :,). She couldn't stop raving about how beautiful it was inside, which it was !! So affordable and amazing. Coming back for sure.

I tried to give the new owner/manager a chance since they really nice but my nails broke the next day while I was out of town and I had important plans the following day, which is why I got my nails done in the first place. They originally were not what I had envisioned and I wasn't impressed but it was fine enough. I called to let them know that I had to double pay since I wasn't in town and needed my nails fixed immediately and actually had them done a million times better the 2nd time around, but they wouldn't do anything to make the situation right. Not a credit or a refund. I gave them a chance and really wanted to like it, but I would not go back there and I would not recommend this place under the new management.

My go to place for nails! They always do better than the reference photo I give them, quality nails with good retention, and they're all super friendly!

Great place. They took me right in on a walk in basis. The place is super clean and all equipment came fresh out of a sealed pre-sterilized package. They started to get pretty busy after I walked so I think I got lucky. You may want to call for an appointment. A great value at $30.00.

Best pedicure! I was skeptical at first since this in not where I normally get my nails done however after my daughter got her nails I decided to return and get a pedicure. Getting a mani-pedi is my splurge and Paton is the destination. The vibe is mellow and the staff friendly and committed to you having a great experience. I love my manicurist and I feel energized as she turns neglected nails into beautiful hands. I have a fixation on nails and at Patom she makes them perfection. The fun comes with the pedicure. First, you get a menu with choices from basic which is great but at each level it gets greater. When you reach the top service- you get the most decadent and transcendent experience. From scented scrub to hot stones to steam to massage. This is the journey. A great pedicure of your toenails is the destination. By the completion of your treatments, you will feel gorgeous. I have been there with just a few other women and it has been relaxed and mellow. With lots of research I called and made a same day appointment for them. I had big optimistic dreams of how my nails would look after seeing pictures. The color selection for gel was not as extensive as I wished. It is a smaller salon, which there is nothing wrong with but it can get crowded. The nail artists were nice but the edges on my nails are sloppy and not even. I also had a chip within a week of getting my nails done. I'm not sure if I will be going back. Maybe it was just an off day? read more

I went there over 7 years and I come for a new set was done horribly wrong one corner broke on my way home called was told to come back and my nails got fixed correctly, but then Tom or was completely rude to me and told me not to come back. I will not refer anybody to this place again. read more

I wouldn't come back to this place. I wanted a simple pedicure and they changed my person 3 times. One girl doesn't know how to even do a french tip and had someone else take over. I got the deluxe pedi and the service was mid. Massage not that good and products not as good as other salons I've been to. Id rather just go to spring nails or vip nails. read more

Nhan ho did such a beautiful job on my birthday nails!!! Honestly the best I've ever had and I've been to a lot of nails techs! He took his time and really made sure they came out how I wanted them to! I appreciate the service I got here and will definitely be coming back! I live in the Bay Area and come out to see my family every now and then! So you know he's good if I'm going to be waiting until I come out to sac to get my nails done by him! I only go to this place because it's close by but other than that this place has nothing else to offer. The prices are expensive, the customer service is mediocre and the overall quality is subpar. I booked an appointment a few days in advance and when I showed up to my appointment, Lina made me wait 15 minutes before telling me she was going to be another 20. I'll never understand why nail salons take walk ins and make a scheduled appointment wait over 30 minutes for their appointment but after this experience I'll never return here again. I left without even getting my nails done because the wait for my SCHEDULED appointment was ridiculous. Don't even waste your time read more

My daughter made an appointment for 4:30 for three people. We got to the salon and they had the footbaths ready. We all sit down with only one person ready for the appointment. My daughter and I sat there for a half an hour while only one person was getting their pedicure done. I still had other things to do that day so I dried off my feet and left. Just saying that if an appointment is made for three at 4:30 there should be three people available at that time to do our feet. Time is money. They need to respect peoples time. Don't make appointments that you can't keep. read more

I went again today as I my big toe nail had broken and the polish had finally chipped in areas. I received outstanding service including healthy foot/leg masages. Came here on a whim- during my lunch & my regular spot is in Rocklin. Reviews are high but I'm not entirely sure why. Staff was polite and took me right away. I was able to pick a color from a large variety. But the quality of my nails is not what I had anticipated. I asked for a full set with gel. The technician took a while, longest I've sat in awhile. She was unsteady and my acrylics are lumpy and uneven. Unfortunately I picked a light color and the imperfections show. I smudged my nail in the light box, I told her to just paint over it, as I was now very late to get back to work (I fully understand the smudge was not her fault). They do offer a 7 day warranty for a gel chip. But a whole week later, a whole nail fell off, and all nails were chipping color. I am a receptionist so I am truly not that hard on them. I was disappointed with the quality of work. I can typically push a set of nails for 3 weeks and these are not the same. I won't be returning for a full set. Salon is clean and neat which I really appreciate. I would love to come back for a pedicure in the summer time. read more

Me and my bestie paid $60 each for this set. At first they were good then as we looked in more detailed we noticed that the shaping is off, there's green mixed with the white, there's lumps underneath and i found a hair underneath the gel polish. overall from a distance they look alright for a quick $60 set. read more

I got a full acrylic set done on 11/9, I paid $55 and tipped $15 and I walked away satisfied. By 11/17 I had 4 BROKEN NAILS. 4. I called them and asked if I could get something done to fix them and they told me to come in the next day. I get there and they told me they want me to pay to get them fixed. I have gotten acrylic nails before and NEVER have I had 4 nails broken in a week. Absolutely ridiculous. They weren't willing to compromise or give me any sort of refund or compensation. Cheap quality considering I went on vacation and was in no way hard on my nails. If you want shitty quality nails then come here. read more

They are under new management and salon definitely got a makeover. They took me as a walk in and spent a lot of time on me. It was a really enjoyable experience. However, I'm not sure if the gel polish they now use isn't as good because TWO of my gel nails chipped within 3 days (generally last at least 2 weeks) and my toe regular polish (which usually lasts weeks before chipping) chipped in just a few days. Its a few dollars more than other salons so for the price I would expect them to last longer than they did. I do see they have a 7 day guarantee but I don't usually keep my receipt from a nail salon ‍. read more

We decided to go with the collagen treatment for both is us. And let me say it was RELAXING!! A shout out to Kim and Mia! Beyond professional and so sweet!! The owner was also very nice as well checked in on us too. The chairs were so comfortable and had a massage function. The water was just right, and if not they will temper it for you. They do offer other services as well. Manicures and head spa. They had other ones but that's what stuck out to me. I definitely will be going back to try the head spa. We had a great experience and look forward to future visits.
