But I was told she didn't know how to charge me the difference. She kept insisting I should come back. No thank you! She called her manager via phone who tried to persuade me to come back the next day, I stood firm. I wanted a refund or a replacement item. After about 30 minutes of whatever was going on, the manager walked her through the exchange via phone. It shouldn't have taken all of that. I won't be back.

The staff is quick to help and keeps the presentations enticing so that you want to buy more!!

The store was very clean and organized. The service was a little hot or miss. I had to sell out help, it wasn't offered to me, while I needed it. Certain items weren't in the correct spot where I was directed to find a certain style of panties but aside, things were correctly placed. I ever up getting 5 pairs of undewear for $30, so not bad. I love the range of sizes here. Bad Girl RiRi did her thing with that, with sizes in everything from XS to 4X. If I had to describe savage fenty, I'd say it's a cross b between Victoria's Secret and Skims. I-d refinitely come back, for sure!

You really just have to try everything on and not assume it will or won't fit. This particular location is quite small in comparison to locations in other cities. They rarely have what I'm looking for so I end up buying mostly online and just returning here if it doesn't fit (you cannot exchange unless they have it in-store). I agree with other Yelpers' sentiment about the workers. Service is subpar. They are completely disconnected from the customer service aspect of retail. I may get a greeting upon arrival, but usually that doesn't happen. I usually feel like I'm bothering them when I ask a question. I hope St. Louis adds another store in Frontenac or West County. I walked in with vibrant salutations from one of the workers(I assume owner). A small little counter is set up for you to order from as he took my order he made sure everything in the order was to my liking: an iced almond milk latte. As I await my brew I peruse the small boutique littered with unique and stylish digs. Hats, jewelry, and plenty of clothes. They also have a seating/lounge area upstairs, and down stairs I believe they offer massages. The interior is rustic, unique, and certainly a one of a kind coffee shop experience. I do need to rave about the latte. First: the ice. If I am drinking an iced latte it needs to have lots of ice, this baby was loaded with ice and I was in love. But, the actual latte was superb. I didn't even need to add any sweeteners. It was perfect. The workers were just amazing humans. I think the 2 folks working were the owners. Their energy was amazing, you could feel their passion in every word they spoke. If you have not been, make a trip asap to grounded and free. I. Truthfully, may be back tomorrow for another latte because wow. If the coffee doesn't make this place my new go to the people certainly will. Love, love, love, love.
