This chair traveled from CA to NJ and will now be traveling back, at great cost to me and great waste of fuel and time for the shipper. I saw signs for "Amazon Returns", so I hopped in that line. There were 3 or 4 people ahead of me, and one of them seemed like she was returning half of the stuff sold on Amazon. 15-20 minutes later, I finally get to the counter and I'm told "Oh, Happy Returns are over there at the Printing section at the other end of the store." Needless to say, I was frustrated that I just wasted all that time in the wrong line. If you're going to offer a service, at the very least, have some kind of signage directing people where to go.
