When we walked in the bar we were greeted by the wife (sorry, forgot her name). But so sweet. Paid the cover charge and within minutes we were on the dance floor! SOLD! When I told them I was dissatisfied, they accused me of lying and refused to give me a refund. They even went as far as to try to prove me wrong by sending me the set list they played, the one they said we agreed upon. This was their biggest mistake; included in that playlist were songs for "seating of family", "seating of mothers", and "unity candle ceremony", which is all well and good except for the fact that NONE OF THOSE EVENTS OCCURRED IN OUR CEREMONY! Even after I pointed this out, Jocelyn still refused to give me a refund because "the musicians played well". What hurt the most is that the song I had planned to walk down the aisle to was in tribute to my older brother who passed away the year before my wedding, and now I have to look back on my wedding day and know that the tribute never even happened.

My husband and I had one wish for our reception... and that it was an awesome dance party. We had very particular and nontraditional requests. Cam shared helpful insights based on his past experiences while being incredibly accommodating. Perhaps most importantly, if we asked for something that may have slightly conflicted with his recommendation (e.g. we did not want uplighting) he was not judgmental and totally went with the flow. He even managed to get us a disco ball, per our special request! The result was IMO the best and most unique wedding dance party we could have asked for. If you like old school hip-hop, dance/electronic, and indie pop music (and loathe the chicken dance), we would highly recommend DJ Cam Jamz!!
