Instead, the entire "course" was rushed through in a single afternoon. Lack of Training: I was given a basic informational folder and asked to practice a manual technique directly on the owner. No comprehensive technical or safety training was provided for the complex machine modalities promised. Unprofessional Conduct: Immediately following this single afternoon, the owner had me service live, paying clients at the spa, telling me to "fake it till you make it," despite knowing I lacked the proper hours, licensing, and formal training required by California state boards to operate these modalities safely. Defective Equipment & Environment: During my brief time there, I encountered mechanically compromised equipment--specifically a hyperbaric chamber with a malfunctioning door mechanism that would not properly close. Worthless Documentation: To close out the afternoon, I was handed a "Certificate of Completion" listing the completion of six advanced aesthetic modalities that the owner didn't even sign. I am writing this review to warn anyone looking for legitimate, accredited body sculpting or lymphatic education. This program does not provide the hours or compliant training necessary to legally or safely practice in California. Do your research and look for accredited, state-approved schools instead. Her facilities provide privacy and comfort when receiving a therapy session as well as a full bathroom and lobby area. There is also a rest area for other guests and she provides wireless internet as well. Nothing but comfort when you enter this establishment. I first came in with two slipped discs in my neck and had little to absolutely no mobility. within three months of weekly treatments I was able to wrestle again and I was able to have complete range of motion in my neck. After my National tournament in 2009 I separated my shoulder and shoulder blade and within a couple of months, Heather was able to fix me so I could go back on the mat. She is amazing and pin points the problem areas and works with me to restore and fix them. It's not always pleasant but the results are incredible. I have had doctors tell me that i'm finished or I will not be able to compete anymore. As soon as I go to Heather, BAM! I am fixed, I am better, and I am ready to step on the mat again thanks to Heather and her healing hands and warm personality!
