Spoke with JD prior to taking my car in for a brake pad installment and machining of the rotors. He quoted me a fair price. Once the car was on the lift he attempted to charge me double claiming the rotors were too worn to be machined. He didn't realize I had gotten my rotors measured hours prior and there was more than enough material to machine. When I showed him the measurements he was dumbfounded. Three years ago this was an honest and quality repair shop. I have an Acura MDX and during these three years they repaired all manner of things. Throughout their prices have consistently gone up far faster than inflation. I don't begrudge them charging whatever they can get for their service but... ...the new service writer Patrick brought in named Andy is patronizing, rude, and a thief. During my last service he said my car needed a new rear engine mount and new axle wheel bearings. He demonstrated the need for wheel bearings by shifting the car into gear, engine running, and then toggling from drive to reverse. He cited the different noises from reverse to drive as evidence of failed wheel bearings. I grew up working on my own cars and knew he was full of crap immediately so I hustled out of there asap with no intention to return. A trip to my buddy that manages the service department of a nearby Acura dealer confirmed the wheel bearings were fine. Like I said, this used to be a reputable shop but, now, buyer beware. read more

Patrick is a LIFESAVER! Not only he is kind, but he is also your honest mechanic. He just started this auto center 5 months ago and while it is still pretty new, it does not remove the fact he has over 10 years of experience. I came in on a Sunday because my Honda just decided to lose a bolt holding my brake and caliper together while I was on the freeway. Patrick stayed past hours and waited for me to get there. He understood that I would have a delay because I had to tow my car to his shop. After inspecting my car, he told me the previous mechanic that did my brakes did a poor job and that if I had driven more, the brakes would have fallen off my car and cause more damage. He addressed the problem and told me to go to the previous mechanic to claim the amount he would charge me. The price was fair and he got everything done in 15 minutes. Overall, this place is super reasonable with its pricing and Patrick goes above and beyond in terms of customer service. I would be back!!! read more

I appreciate that he wasn't very pushy and did not try to upsell me on like air filter changes and other miscellaneous things that I'm all too familiar with at other auto centers. He did note that my front tires were wearing down, and provided me with a quote for the tires - which was not bad at all.
