Patriot Blinds & More is the business chosen by Costco-Graber to contact us for a window covering consultation. We were promptly contacted and set an appointment. Robert Henderson helped us and put together a quote based on what we discussed. We placed our order the following day. Our shutters and shades arrived at Patriot in about 4 weeks and then it took a couple of weeks to get on an install schedule. They were able to move it up a few days after the initially scheduled appointment. Well they were installed today. Marty Altman, our installer, called this morning to let us know he was on his way. We walked him through the rooms where installs would be. We signed our initial paperwork and then he proceeded to unpack and install all of our window treatments. He did a great job! Everything we ordered is as it should be. We are very happy with the results.

Patriot blinds sells high dollar products that can fail, and if you have issues after 90 days, they charge a $75 fee for the repair person to come out. At the sales meeting, they emphasize the lifetime warranty, but bury the charge in the the contract and don't mention this. We have had the valences fall off several times and these are wood. My wife has a small gouge on her knee and I had a chunk of skin removed from my arm. imagine if either one of us had been looking up and the valence hits us in the eye? Additionally it takes about 2 weeks to get service. When I tried to contact the owners, the same lady answered me originally, returned my contact form. I have yet to locate the owners, they are not on the web site and the NC Secretary of State web site. NO, I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

After our negative experience and reaching out to the manufacturer for help things turned around and Heather and Graber ended up coming thru and replacing all of our product and including a better motorization product . We are pleased and grateful for things turning around for a positive and we look forward to continuing to work with patriot and Heather . Proof that Communication issues can be resolved with perseverance.

Kitchen dining area! Sun was so bright and kept room hot now is pleasant to sit and eat and can adjust for brightness! Love them!

Today I had Patriot Blinds & More install my new SunSetter with remote control and wind sensing awning that I purchased through Costco Warehouse. Joseph, Steve, and Eric did a wonderful job installing this substantial awning. They had to add supporting structure inside the soffit and everything went back together so that it was impossible to know that the soffit covering had to be removed and reinstalled. Everything was completed within 3-4 hours and the cleanup was complete with nothing left for me to do except to start enjoying my new awning. I am thrilled with everything about the awning from its engineering, appearance, and price. It gives me great pleasure to recommend Patriot Blinds and these fine young men who also are United States military veterans. read more

I had 3 rooms of Graber blinds installed yesterday. The first compliment was on Fiona, who measured and helped with color choice. She was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Then, Brad installed them yesterday. Great job, friendly, neat (cleaning up) and knew what he was doing! I highly recommend these two and the blinds. I have had Graber for 13 years. Brad removed them all and took them away. Very professional company. IF you use a Costco membership, you get a percentage back for use in the sore. read more

Do not recommend. Ordered blinds through Patriots using Costco 10 weeks ago and still do not have blinds delivered or installed. Incredibly difficult to get ahold of for updates. When I do they tell me the blinds are "still in production" but have seen no actual legitimate documentation that blinds are even being cut. Not positive this company isn't a scam at this point. Highly disappointed. read more

Great service. Came to house and did all the measurements answered all my questions and made recommendations ! Installation took a day and a half since had all windows done with shutters. Installer was prompt and courteous . Shutters look fantastic! Had gotten an estimate prior to buying and patriot had a better price too! Would highly recommend! read more

I moved into Ashely Park Apartments on April 2022. The 1st night staying there roaches started…read morecrawling out everywhere. I've contacted the front office multiple times to explain what was going on. They sent someone to spray the apartment 2 times. Both times my face swelled up. I talked with the front office and they said they will try to come up with a solution to resolve the bugs. Nothing ever happened. I even called code enforcement and nothing ever happened. Months into staying there it got to the point where I couldn't use any of the cabinets. I eventually started putting my dishes in the fridge to keep them clean. I couldn't use the dishwasher because there were roaches in the dishwasher. Which was there when I moved in but I didn't realize what it was until I opened up the drain part which had a bunch of dead roaches in it. My ac went out for 3 months during the summer time of 2023 and they didn't come out. When I moved in I had new furniture. When I moved out it all had to be thrown away because there were roaches all infested and crawling in and outside of the furniture. I've documented everything I have pictures and videos. I have all emails sent. The lady in the front office tried to blame the infestation on the neighbors below me but if you read reviews about this complex you will see its a nasty place to reside. There were times when I was cooking and a roach would fall from the ceiling into the skillet. They were all in the microwave and the stove and the fridge. Nothing I sprayed, put down, or cleaned helped the situation. Oh and during the time the AC went out the bugs became 2x worse because of the heat. My kids were always sick and it was pretty sad to see them having to live in a situation like this.

We recently purchased a new build house in Winnabow. we contacted Kristen from Patriot Blinds and set up an appointment to have window treatments. When Kristen arrived we felt very comfortable with her recommendations, She did her measurements and we ordered Norman shutters. She told us they would be in in about 4 weeks which was perfect since it would be about the time we were closing. The we were having them installed Joesph and Steven arrived. They very friendly and upbeat and did a perfect job of installing. . They explained operation and warranties.
