Our carpets are light-colored, contractor-grade carpeting, and after several years of having multiple dogs in the house, we honestly didn't expect them to look much better. We also had a lingering musty odor in one bedroom closet after two 1.5-gallon jugs of water slowly leaked onto a cabinet where we were storing hurricane supplies. We were amazed by the results! The carpets look like new, and the entire house smells fresh and clean--including the closet that had the odor. The pricing was also very reasonable. We truly appreciated how quickly they were able to fit us into their schedule, as well as their professionalism and excellent service. They "complete" the job in one day but leave parts undone and didn't notice they left trash stacked on the side of the roof. They left it that way for over a week or more- texts and phone calls went unresolved. Horrible communication internally between Dave (owner) and work crew. Office staff screwed up the invoice. Workers tear off fascia then only to knock on my door realizing they can't even match it?!? I can just keep going.... Hope to god what they did isn't as unprofessional as the work on the roof-I worry the roofing done was rushed. The manufacturer of the fireplace was also a bust and Home Depot washed their hands of it all. We ordered 2 fireplaces in February. My sister received hers perfectly! We, however, were missing the glass for in front of the logs. Nobody wanted to help me with a piece of cut tempered glass. We were so blessed to find Ted! He never hesitated a second, I dropped off the bottom portion of the fireplace first, then dropped the top portion, he ordered the glass and we picked up our perfectly assembled front panel of our fireplace today! Ted didn't have to do any of this for us. We were ready to purchase another fireplace. His dedication and simply being the best human he can be is a huge testament to how all organizations should treat their customers. If there were only "Teds" in the business world, it'd be a much better place, he's kind, professional, and goes the extra 10 miles for his customer. I know who to refer everyone to for any type of glass need. Our final invoice was for $65, the exact price the glass company charged Ted to cut and ship the tempered glass.
