No longer can I recommend!! I've been coming here since before Covid traveling from Souderton for each and every appointment l.... For the longest time it was the same Service Manager and Service Advisors..... over the last year -- I don't think a service advisor has lasted more than 6 months. It's concerning.... Today I had (still sitting waiting for my truck) a service appt and the level of service/advice from the service advisor was probably the worst I've received. Let me just say that I will no longer recommend or patronize this dealership. The moment I walked in for an oil change and state emissions inspection I am guessing the manager immediately begins to tell me about a promotion of buy 3 tires get one free. I say, good deal, but I don't need tires. Then he says well it's your lucky day, we are going to charge you triple! I laugh and so do all of the other advisors. I say, I hope not! This is prior to anyone even viewing my car. My car has 34,000 miles. an hour later the advisor comes to me and says bad news. you failed inspection because your tires need replacing. I am livid because my last oil change with them several months ago the technician said they were in great condition and suddenly because of this promotion and attempt to sell tires they fail me?! I asked what's the tread, and was told the tread is fine. it's other factors. Bull crap! this place is a scam!!!! This is the second time t dealership has falsely misdiagnosed my car!! before they told me that I needed a brake booster which was a huge error and after sendong a review, the issue that I was having was resolved and it was NOTHING to do with my brakes. they are unreliable at this point and looking to make sales by lying to and misinforming customers. Well take this dealer off your list! I went to buy a Canyon that just arrived, set up a full price deal and then it was sold out from under me. The dealer and our company fleet manager were working out the paperwork. It was the Friday 12/30 before New Year. Very little inventory available so I was excited to get this one. But they sold it out from under me! The sales woman never said my deal wasn't firm or that she needed any specific or additional info before she'd hold it. What's worse the GM who oversaw the deal and spoke w/ my fleet manager never mentioned this either. All I got was a lame "courtesy " call the following business day saying they sold the vehicle I made arrangements to buy. Low integrity operation from my experience! read more

My experience with Patriot GMC Service Department in Boyertown. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and alignment on my Yukon. The service advisor, Jeremy, quoted my a price of $249 for the alignment. When I asked about the $199 special, I was told there was no special on alignments. I went on Patriot's website and showed the advisor the $199 special on their website. This was an additional $50 dollars they were trying to charge me. How do the service advisors not know the service specials the dealership is running. How many people were over charged? Then I was quoted a price between $900-$1000 for a water pump replacement. Then additional $2000 for an oil pan seal replacement. I asked about assistance with this repair. I was given financing information about Sunbit. I called GMC Customer Care for assistance. They reached out to the dealership to see what could be offered. Rodney, Service Manager, responded with the 0% financing and $100 off the repair. I reached out to other GMC dealerships for price quotes. I was quoted a price of $622 by another GMC dealer. When I called Patriot to inform Jeremy of this, then all of a sudden Rodney could match the other dealerships price. This is price inflation to the max. The same repair is almost $370 cheaper at another dealership. Why did it take another dealership with a cheaper price to get Patriot to work with the customer. Patriot has lost a customer over this incident. I feel they were inflating the prices and ripping me off. Thank you to the new dealership I will be deal with from now on. Based on that review which I posted, I was then contacted by Rodney, Service Manager, inquiring about the situation. He told me he tried to work with me. However, His idea of working with me was coming down $100 on $3000 repair and financing the rest. Then dropping the price over $300 once a competitor had a lower price. The conversation with Rodney ended when he asked why did I have to blast them on the internet. I only responded to Patriot's request for a review. I guess the service department only wants to read the positive reviews. Also this is the second incident I had with the service department at Patriot. I had an issue with a transmission repair. It was $1100 at Patriot. An independent transmission shop was charging $150. I asked about GM Assistance and was told by the service advisor it was a waste of time. I contacted GM myself. They offered assistance. I paid $175 and GM covered the rest. GM also extended the warranty coverage on the transmission and transaxle. So much for the being a waste of time. read more

They have a truck posted for 66,000 on their website, (the sticker on the window zoomed in on the website) I go there this morning with intentions of buying the truck for the 66 k. Sales guy comes out , takes the test drive (the whole time incessantly talking about all of the vehicles he has sold) with me, then tells me the 66k on the truck is really around 71,000 because of the "market value" I asked what if I bought it outright would it still be $71,000. He said yes. I mentioned that I could go home and build the truck on the website and have it delivered to their dealer and I'd pay msrp.... He acknowledged. The truck boom crisis is over. I bought one outright for Msrp at their competitor 40 minutes after leaving that dealership. Lost the sale, lost my loyalty for all repairs and maintenance,and lost my referrals , all for their taking advantage of a temporary supply chain issue. This is my first negative review ever. I hate doing it . But if the $71 k was posted (because of the markup) I would have never wasted my time going there, and spending time walking the lot. I wasn't even told until long after the test drive. Don't advertise a price, post the price on a website and then tell the potential buyer it's $5000 more after driving, and discussing the truck. I took my corvette over for inspection this past November. Apparently the mechanic never checked the brakes. My husband left and he had no brakes. He was lucky to be able to get it home and not have an accident an hurt people. Very dangerous. I called them and told them about it but they didn't say much . I also called GM and reported it they said I would have to do a civil court with them cause of this. I ended up taking it to another place and found that the front brakes were leaking bad . There was hardly any brake fluid in anymore. I have used them for 40 years and I don't know what happened to this dealership but I am not pleased with them . I will look for another place since my car is still covered under warranty and its a lease. I don't feel I can trust them anymore. I did not have a positive experience Patriot GMC. I signed paper work on November 20, 2020 for a vehicle and took deliver November 30, 2020. A recall was out for my vehicle on November 20, 2020 which later identified by another GMC dealership. The recall required extensive engine work. Patriot has not assisted at all through the process, which required me relying on the other dealership throughout the process. The other dealership has been providing extensive assistance to help come to a resolution with GMC as this car should have never been sold (words from Patriot to other GMC dealership and from sales to myself). read more

They'll do the typical sleazy car dealership trick and tell you they'll throw in a bunch of dealership-specific extras like free oil changes & tire rotations for a year, only to later reneg & say "oh now we only promised 2 complimentary ones". We came in for a simple oil change and tire rotation, but we were charged for a more expensive inspection along with the tire rotation, getting effectively charged $120 for an oil change and tire rotation, which was a ripoff. Also, we were pressured for an induction system clean out which is simply an unnescessary money maker for the dealership. I had a very negative experience with this dealership. Saturday night Patriot's sales team confirmed the price of a vehicle with me. I made plans to go and buy the vehicle on Monday. Monday morning I receive a phone call from Patriot saying " Due to a pricing error the price of the vehicle is now $5,750 more than what we told you, do you still want it". I could not believe it, that's called bait and switch people. I believe they were trying to take advantage of me because I am a younger person. As you have noticed, there are no good reviews in 2017 because their service has gone down hill. I took my truck there 3 times for a seatbelt recall, all three times I made an appointment just for the campaign and all three times they did not have the parts. Service manager stated that there are so many different interior colors , so it is impossible to stock all those parts. My interior is back, the most common color! He said he would call me as soon as the part comes in , that was about 4 months ago. I guess they think if they put pretty girls in the service department that don't know a whole lot about vehicles, the customers won't mind the sub par service. Bought 2 cars from them in the last 3 years and will not go back. Even though the sales department was much better, I have been burned too many times. Very dissatisfied!! Service staff was inconsiderate. Service manager was rude. The General manager was unprofessional and actually insulted us. We will never do business, nor recommend anyone to Patriot. We bought a 2007 Acadia. After a few weeks, we discovered there was a leak. They found the leak and fixed it. They tested it and found another leak. They told us that they didnt know where and that they were gonna replace all the stripping. Now, we have 4 kids and the loaner they gave us did not accommodate us. 6 days later, theyre still working on it. We explained to them we needed the vehicle back or we need a different loaner. They rushed our vehicle back together and got it back later that day. The next day, we discovered the passenger side seat belt did not work, the dome light fell out, and the projection lens that displays your speed on the windshield was cracked. The service member actually asked, "how did you know the seat belt wasnt working?" Really?! Maybe when I went to put it on is how I found out. A few days later, the driver side paneling fell off exposing the air bag. A few days after that, we lost all power inside the vehicle. Power windows, locks, seats, lights, warning bells all were not working. Took it somewhere else and found out water got into the electrical panel under the dash. We went back to Patriot. The General manager told us there was nothing they could do, even though he admitted that his service team rushed our vehicle back together which lead to these additional problems, they could not help us, and had the nerve to question our financial status as the reason why we did not take the extended warranty. Maybe if your service team had did their job right the first time, all these other problems wouldnt have happened. And the final straw was when we discovered the brakes and rotors. When we bought the Acadia 2 1/2 months ago, we were told it had new brakes and new rotors, and the paperwork they gave us even said new brakes, new rotors. The mechanic said these look like the original rotors and the braked need to be replaced. How do new brakes need to be replaced after almost 3 months? Even though we have paperwork stating they put new parts on it, we are not going back to Patriot. We dont trust their service and their management is just very unprofessional. read more

I was in the market for a small excellent condition used vehicle for the first time in 17 years. My eyes caught a beautiful green 2013 Mazda 2 that I had seen elsewhere, and loved the color of the paint. I decided to check it out, it had low mileage, and a price that was close, to what was listed on Kelley Blue book for excellent condition. It wasn't until after I nervously signed paperwork, and a check, that I saw scratches in the hood, that in different lighting, disappear, however after a few rains, the extent became more evident, and there is rusting, and the scratches are very deep - jeopardizing the paint, I fell in love with - seen within the first 2 weeks. I will say, that the dealership agreed to replace the windshield, after I found I could not see out of it, in the rain, fog, or at night, due to massive dings, acid rain, and circular pattern etching over the entire windshield. Their own windshield person said it had to be replaced. I spent $13,900 - plus and additional $1,800 for extended warranty. Back to the hood - the dealerships detail guy, said he wet sanded the hell out of the 3 areas of deep scratches, and that to do any more would chip and damage the paint even worse....that it had to be repainted....in front of me, and the president, Chad Helmer. They refuse to repaint the hood, they knew was damaged. The car is spirited green, and as said various lighting, high buffing, maybe wax in the scratches made it hard to see in the beginning - but it was in changed lighting circumstances, and a few rains that I saw just how bad it was - and so have they, but maintain that its merely cosmetic. I found the sales team to be lax in returning calls or informing me, a novice in purchasing a car, or dealing with a dealership, let alone any follow ups. I did not have half of the remote key for weeks after purchase while it apparently sat in John Cooks desk and only received it because I schedule to meet with him about issues, then he handed it to me, and asked how I was starting the car. I had to keep on them for the windshield to be done. I was urged to speak to Bill Chappell about the hood, and he was incredibly rude to me, telling me the scratches were cosmetic, and damages were reflected in the price I paid, offering me touch up paint though. I have tried to clear things up with these guys, but still am being made to feel as though I expected a perfect car. However, what I expected was a well running, dependable car that I could see out the windshield and not have a rusting, damaged hood, that I paid $13,900 for. Had I not seen it on the web - I would have been charged $14,900 too. I am made to feel that I should feel lucky they replaced the windshield, that their guy failed, and lucky they checked out motor issues once, that they found no problem with, so I should not expect them to make good on the severely damaged paint on the hood. Meanwhile my cars engine is already missing up my driveway, the same engine issues exist. Where do I take it now? To these guys? After clearly there is discord between myself and quite a few of the team - since 5 of them did look at the hood while I was there to meet with John. I saw Chad and Bill checking it out after my windshield was replaced, and after my horrible call with Bill. I was returning the loaner. So I should feel comfortable putting my car in their care now? I also found out that the car was originally a rental in GA, and they bought it at auction....passing it on to me, the novice - they got me. They smelled my inexperience a mile away, knew I was in love with the color, knew I was on my own, and needed a car...and that's the truth. So are the damages. Purchased on 8/22/2014. I am local - and you can't miss the car in town - I just wish it was running well, and did not have rusting already on the hood - not wishing for perfection. read more
