In fact, I called him and the toilet was replaced within days. He didn't jump the price of the new toilet and took the old one for me as well. I won't say how much I paid because I think it was such a deal, I don't know if he was giving me a deal because he did my Aunts place and I'd hate someone else making him do another toilet for that good a price. Dave also quoted me a great price! Even though it required him to stay late, he got the work done, did a great job, and was just an all-around nice guy. The pictures speak for themselves - beautiful, clean work with modern piping, professional mounting. Dave even went over all of the joints of the gas lines to put me at ease, since I'm always overly cautious about it. He just wanted to make sure I felt happy and safe. Great work! We have hot water after ~12 hours of noticing it was broken. That's an amazing turnaround and really just showed the work ethic and skill at Dave. While I hope I don't have to call him again soon for any problems - I do know exactly who to call when I'm in need!
