Right on the website has a 'text us' option, but they haven't downloaded the technology to make that happen, so texts just disappear into the void. Another communication dive! Communication between customer/front of the house/& tech is so crappy, that A. Both my keys and paperwork were misplaced and B. Calls for a pick up eta were returned to the wrong person C. only half of my job was finished. After talking with Brent *directly*, he understood exactly what I wanted, and from there everything went smooth, HE did a great job, but dealing with front of the house was absolutely a nightmare and I'm considering taking my rv down to Junction City for its next job instead returning to this catastrophe of an office.

The stove burners showed moderate use and cupboards still had stuff in them. This trailer had received zero attention from this seller on this inside! I was expecting the condition would be as advertised, as this is the picture he painted. Either he openly lied about the condition, or he did not know the actual condition. Either way, it was way beyond disappointing, and I was fuming! I tried my best to be professional and just tell him what I saw without spewing, and he did drop the price for us, but this did not make me see him as a reputable seller. You cannot change first impressions, and ours was and still is, not good. Would not buy from him again or recommend him.

On top of that, it feels roomy and comfortable when setup due to the tall A-walls and stays warm with the hard sides. My family enjoyed and used it so much that we brought it back to Chalet to have some parts upgraded. They completed the service exceptionally well and we were very happy with their workmanship and customer support. It seems they have moved to a direct-to-consumer model, which I think will be good for customers. My past experiences with RV dealerships were sometimes less than pleasant, but my recent experience with Chalet was that they went above and beyond. We love our Chalet!

I felt that I asked a lot of her considering this was a warranty issue/claim with an out of state business who also asked a lot of questions throughout the process, and she delivered. Regarding the warranty work, it was obviously an involved tedious repair and I feel it was repaired professionally and thoroughly. The warranty repair finish work was sloppy on the interior. Straightline took responsibility for this. I brought the vehicle back in and they corrected all issues. In addition to warranty work, I had elective paint work done and the craftsmanship was phenomenal. The color match to the factory color is beautiful. The paint warranty is superior. I am definitely satisfied with the ultimate outcome of this experience and would give them my business again.
