It turns out that someone before me replaced the circuit board before I bought the trailer a year and a half ago, and I must have bought the same board on line because it looked the same as the one that was in it. The problem that made my heater give me nothing but problems last winter is that they figured iut that it was not the correct board for that furnace. I don't know about the previous owner, but I ordered mine by the furnace model, not by any part number on the board. They really know their stuff! In fact, I was referred to them by Power RV Repair in Sublimity when they worked on my heater and couldn't figure out what was wrong with it, lol.

On top of that, it feels roomy and comfortable when setup due to the tall A-walls and stays warm with the hard sides. My family enjoyed and used it so much that we brought it back to Chalet to have some parts upgraded. They completed the service exceptionally well and we were very happy with their workmanship and customer support. It seems they have moved to a direct-to-consumer model, which I think will be good for customers. I felt that I asked a lot of her considering this was a warranty issue/claim with an out of state business who also asked a lot of questions throughout the process, and she delivered. Regarding the warranty work, it was obviously an involved tedious repair and I feel it was repaired professionally and thoroughly. The warranty repair finish work was sloppy on the interior. Straightline took responsibility for this. I brought the vehicle back in and they corrected all issues. In addition to warranty work, I had elective paint work done and the craftsmanship was phenomenal. The color match to the factory color is beautiful. The paint warranty is superior. I am definitely satisfied with the ultimate outcome of this experience and would give them my business again.
