Dinner with friends on a Thursday night Sat at the bar, as the vibe seemed this was the place to be. Menus placed drinks ordered, on the drink bar looked really good, including an old-fashioned, many mixed drink specials, and lots of martinis. There is also an extensive wine selection. One of my friends ordered the rigatoni with sauce, and shrimp. My other friend ordered the lasagna I ordered the Bolognese with noodles, and a 1/2 Caesar salad. We were to split the Caesar salad between the three of us. After about a five minute, wait the Caesar salad arrived, missing the request requested anchovies. While a minor convenience, the anchovies arrived on the side. The Caesar salad combined with the anchovies was almost on point. It seemed like the dressing was a little stingy. After about a 15 or 20 minute long wait, the dinners arrived My friend rigatoni arrived, missing the shrimp. The whole dinner was taken back, and then returned to him with the shrimp on the side on a different plate. Why was the plate removed? Why couldn't they just cook the shrimp and bring it on the side? My other friends lasagna was just OK. She ate about a third of it and took the rest home. My Bolognese sauce with the noodles was very good. It would've been nicer if I got the rigatoni instead of the noodles it probably would've been a better fit. For the prices, missing were side salads, or maybe a choice of soup. They should've been included with the dinners. Bread was requested, and it was very stingy also with the basket size. It would've been nice if the bread was served without having to ask for it. We skipped desserts. All in all the vibe was just OK because the meals showed up with a fault from the kitchen Service was cheerful at the bar, as the staff was eager to please the guests I did love the open air concept of the restaurant. Instead of croutons they sprinkled it throughout with breadcrumbs. Every bite a gritty mess and the dressing was absolutely tasteless. I have never had a Caesar like this and hope I never do again. Inedible. The order of meatballs consisted of three +- 1.5" meatballs with some ricotta cheese and a bit of sauce. They were OK but for $19 I expected something more substantial. We frequently order meatballs as an appetizer, and these were nothing compared to most other places that pride themselves on Italian classics. I made a reservation for 7:30pm for my boyfriend and I. We arrive at 7:25pm and did not get seated until 7:55pm. I was offered a high top table next to the outdoor tables, which I booked a standard table due to me wearing a dress. When we finally got seated our waiter was far from friendly. Before even ordering we tried to ask questions and he would just turn and walk away. My eggplant parm was cold and I was unable to even tell him due to him never checking on us. My boyfriend ordered the short rib pasta which came out hot and delicious, vs mine I think was sitting up there for a while. When it came to pay the waiter was extremely RUDE. We had a $50 visa gift card we wanted to use (we both work in the food industry and understand they can be used). The waiter continued to tell us it didn't work, then all of a sudden it "worked" and he threw the receipt down saying that now that we're paying the rest of it, the tip isn't accounted for the $50 we just paid. Really fun and lively place! I was visiting my friend who lives in Ft.Lauderdale coming from Philly and this was our group's reservation the first night. We sat at the bar while waiting for our 7:00 pm table. The bar is long and it did take a bit of time to get our drinks. Lots of people to serve and only two servers. We all ordered off of the cocktail menu and the drinks were made well. We ordered different things at the table. I ordered the pappardelle with bolognese. Very good! Pasta was delicious and the sauce was filled with depth. One of my friend's ordered the chicken parm. Great choice! It was huge and juicy! The bread and olive oil was a great staple at the table. Our service for dinner was efficient (although it was a curious thing to me that grated parm wasn't automatically offered for the pasta. When I asked, I was delivered a small plastic cup for my own discretionary amount. However, I'm accustomed to Philly Italian restaurants where a big grated parm is served on pasta while the waiter asked when to stop). This was a good place! We decided to get pizza carry out from Patrizia's. It was an easy phone call and a quick walk over to get the pie. My husband loves cheese pizza, so that's what we got. The small cheese pizza had nice brown edges that were crisp and crunchy. The cheese topping was delicious. I wish the crust was a bit firmer as it limped when the slice was grabbed. I discovered this restaurant on TikTok, and after seeing their infamous cheese wheel fettuccine Alfredo, I knew I had to check it out. I started with a martini that definitely packed a punch, while my guest enjoyed a margarita. For dinner, I couldn't resist ordering the main event, the cheese wheel fettuccine Alfredoand let me just say, it exceeded my expectations. The server brought out the cheese wheel, lit it on fire right in front of us, and introduced the Alfredo sauce before plating it beautifully at the table. Beyond the impressive presentation, the dish was absolutely delicious. the pasta was perfectly creamy and cheesy. The service was excellent, with attentive staff who made sure we were well taken care of, even bringing complimentary bread with a flavorful dipping sauce before our meal. The interior decor was charming. Classy yet cozy, with a homestyle feel that added to the experience. Overall, I'd give this restaurant an 8/10. They don't offer you a choice, instead they bring you the largest sparkling water they have. When I asked if I could have the small size because it's just me, the waiter seemed bothered. She had us try the beet carpaccio salad that consisted of very thinly sliced beets, radishes, avocado, goat cheese, and a micro green cilantro. The salad was fantastic! After a chaotic travel day, Patrizia's in Ft. Lauderdale turned everything around for us. From the moment we sat down, our incredible server Emerson made us feel so welcome--funny, warm, and on point with recommendations. We felt taken care of in every way. The food? Unreal. The meatballs (which also happens to be my nickname for my partner--LOL) were tender and flavorful. The bolognese was rich and comforting, and the chicken Milanese was perfectly crisp. Every bite felt like a hug. And let me shout out Max behind the bar--his espresso martini was smooth and strong (exactly what we needed), and his amaretto sour might just be the best we've ever had. Wife was wanting some Italian food while we were in town and I found this place was relatively close so we decided to give it a spin. Place was nice and very clean . Our waiter ( forgot his name ) was great and we had no prob with that side of things. The issues started when the food hit the table. We ordered a pizza with Diavlo sauce (spicy) and it looked pretty but had zero taste. Dough had good chew but didn't taste like Anything. The sauce was forgetful as well. Nothing tasted seasoned. Everything needed salt and pepper. Wife ordered the pasta finished in the huge parmesan wheel ( best thing we ate all night ) I ordered the veal Milanese that was so overcooked it crumbled rather than cut. It was absolutely hammered. At $65 I should have had it redone but I'm not one of those ppl . Came here for the first time last night around 9:30pm. Lots of lights and loud music - they were still serving food and several large groups were there so we tried to sit where it was quieter. There was a section with less people, but not quieter! I had to wear sunglasses because the strobe light kept hitting my eyes every minute when it switched over! There are two Big Screens on either side which were showing girls softball - wondering if one of the owners has a daughter who was playing, or maybe one of the groups was participating in the game? The chicken parm was enormous! The truffle Pasta was delish but a little rich. All in all the food was good. What completely ruined it for me was the ridiculously loud disco music that they started to play at 8pm. Fort Lauderdale is happily saturated with delicious Italian restaurants. Patrizia's just may become your new favorite or at least earn a spot in your top five. We came on a Friday night armed with a 7:30pm reservation-it was PACKED. The vibe is a hip-new school Italian eatery with neon photo ops and loud music. No checkered tablecloths in sight. The volume is loud with electronic "mood" music playing and when it turns 9pm the lights dim and classic dance remixes start to vibrate the tables. We started with the eggplant parmigiana appetizer & burrata. I honestly could take or leave the burrata but the eggplant was stellar. Thickly sliced, slightly crispy with fresh cheese. It was perfect. Side note: They also serve bread with a deliciously spicy oil at the start of the meal. I ordered the tagliatelle bolognese and it was very fresh & flavorful. I sampled my friend's veal parmigiana and it unlocked a childhood memory. That was my favorite dish growing up & Patrizia's did it right. That will be my order next time around. For dessert I had the spumoni which was oh so good. Our waiter was incredibly attentive and we could not help but notice the tireless teamwork among the staff. They have an open kitchen so you can see the hard work they are putting into your meals. They may be new to Fort Lauderdale but they are already a well oiled machine. read more

Patrizia's just opened for business in the former location of Jackson's Prime, which is a large enviable location for a restaurant. It's part of a chain of some 11 locations basically all located around the Ne York City area. But blessedly when you go here, it doesn't have any of that chainy feeling to it. Ig you sit along the sidewalk, it's more the atmosphere of a café. On the inside, however, that of an upper-class restaurant. It has a most wonderful and complete menu. There are raw bar oppositions thou $18.00 for a mere 6 oysters strikes me as being rather heavy in price when Maestro's is only a dollar each at happy hour. There is a huge list of varying appetizes and pastas including a most delicious Pappardelle Alla Bolognese consisting of a veal and beef ragu. Also, great salads including a fennel with a lemon dressing. For entrees they have a great Grilled Skirt Steak and also delicious Grilled Baby Lamb Chops, both coming with a broccoli rabe. However, I think they may be best known for their wood burning pizza's. As they've just opened the service may be a little sketchy but overall, I'm a fan of Patrizia's. read more

Sitting at the bar and we watched the 4 servers playing Rock-Paper-Scissors...we didn't win because with a our purchased $50 bottle of wine, we had to continue to refill our glasses while the ditzy blonde agent...not a bartender because she wasn't tendering the bar. Food was very good what was offered, after the fire a lot of good staples were removed. Sad...reminds me of the late Sears...wondered away from what was good and now barely average.
