Using the Yelp project tool, I submitted a request and received a quote very quickly. Although their price was slightly higher (but not by much), I chose them because of their prompt response and professionalism--I was ready to get my window fixed without further delays. Joe explained that the glass would take about four days to arrive and that prepayment was required. He clearly outlined the next steps and sent an invoice shortly after. The entire process--from my Yelp request to receiving the invoice--was completed within an hour. The next day, Joe called to let me know the glass had already arrived and that I could bring my car in. Since I was at work, I scheduled an appointment for Friday morning. When I arrived, I expected to wait and brought a book to read--but I barely finished a page before they told me the job was done. The entire installation took about 10 minutes. I'm incredibly grateful to Low Cost Auto Glass for their efficiency, communication, and quick turnaround. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of glass repair.

We had it towed here and of course it was just after closing. I intended on following the tow truck and leaving the vehicle for them to take care of in the AM. When I arrived behind the tow truck, there were still some workers finishing up other vehicles. I was inside where they were getting my info with the purpose of finishing in the morning. Again, it was already after hours. I turned around to the manager saying they'd have it done in 10 minutes. I was floored. I was in town for a few days and with family things happening, I did not have the chance to make it back to thank them with treats as I intended. I cannot recommend this place enough. If you need anything and I mean anything this shop can make it happen. The staff are down to earth friendly and know there stuff when it comes to their line of work. Rick is amazing extremely helpful and made me feel much more then another sale, he took care of me like family. I've had 3 systems installed here from an 04toyota-2019nissan. They always used the best equipment at a reasonable price. I had some issues took it in they replaced the cables and solved the problem not charging me for extra labor or trying to hustle me for what ever they could leaving me pockets empty. There are finance options available for most purchases with 90early payoff options. I have sent multiple family members in as well as friends. Never once have i herd a complaint. The service is grade A and if you got any problems they cover there work. They get busy but when you see the quality of the work you'll know why. They lent me a subwoofer well i waited for mine to be delivered how dope is that. Don't take my word for it check em out yourself! Hands down this is one of the best place to get your sound system for your car install. I stop by last week there was a couple of hours wait so I decided to go to another shop big mistake. USA Plus stereo, they hat really low prices so I went ahead and did the work there. There were supposed to install a high to low converter to my stock radio. They burned the manufacture stereo and said that they had nothing to do with that . The customer service here is horrible, if it was possible to give negative stars, that would be my rate.. if you want to get blamed for your car being messed up after they're done sticking their mickey mouse, cheap, snake hands in it, then this is your shop. Bought a cable for my pioneer radio and was told if it doesn't work I can return it, a promise made by the owner. When I tried retiring it 2 days later, he tells me all sales are final and the best he could offer is store credit. When I called, I specifically asked whether installation was included in the quoted price, and I was told yes, which is pretty standard at tire shops in the area. When I arrived, I was told my car would be ready around 1:00 PM. I also asked if they could put the new tires on the front and move the existing front tires to the rear. The employee at the counter agreed without mentioning any additional charge. I came back at 1:00 PM, only to find that my car hadn't even been moved yet. They didn't actually start working on it until around 1:30 PM. The biggest issue came when I paid. I was charged an additional $40 for mounting and balancing, despite being told over the phone that it was included. While I was trying to ask about the discrepancy, the employee handling my payment was on the phone and never addressed my question, which felt unprofessional. If the extra charge was actually for rotating the tires, I wish they had told me before agreeing to do it. I would have declined since I can get tire rotations done for free at Costco. If the charge was for mounting and balancing, then the information I was given over the phone was simply incorrect. The tires themselves are fine, but the miscommunication, delayed service, and lack of explanation left a bad impression. Better communication and transparency about pricing would have made this a much better experience.
