I ordered from pats today! I got a cheese steak. It's pretty good but could use more cheese. I also got the chipotle chicken rice bowl and it's pretty good! Had a really yummy experience at Pat's Pizza & Pasta in Brookhaven, PA. The service was solid, nice on the phone and helped answer all my questions when I inquired about the ingredients and different options. Order received was fresh & hot, plus really tasty. We wanted something different, so we went with the chicken parm pizza. Sauce was tangy and sweet, with the right amount of chicken. I'm surprised by the negative reviews. I usually get pizza and wings from here, and the food is always good. The prices are also really good for what you get, and so is the service. Someone always greets you with a smile when you walk inside. I will say pasta is not as good, stick to the pizza or the wings. read more

We really like Pats and always enjoy the order and excellent prices. The pizza (not thin crust) is so good. The only thing is, you just have to know the menu. The grilled chicken on top of salads isn't my favorite and the salads ARE overdressed. We love the standard cheese pizza, garlic knots, cheesesteaks and pasta with marinara is pretty good. Our friends always comment that this is among the better pizza places they've ordered from if we get it during a game. That being said, the Tuscan pasta tonight was so gross. Don't do it. It was described as four cheese pasta in a butter parm sauce with broccoli and chicken, but I got dry pasta on a bed of oil which was completely flavorless, with old broccoli and chicken. Ugh. I took one bite and almost threw up. Can't really complain though for the prices and the fact that I enjoyed my side salad and slice of pizza instead. Just go with safe things on the menu. read more

The food is good but they can't get the orders completed. The 2 times I ordered Chicken fingers they forgot the honey mustard. So I thought ok mistakes happen. I am done with PAT's. The food is great. So why am I done? Since they've opened I've eaten in twice and ordered delivery about 8 times. EAT IN: is great. Clean, friendly and the food is really fab for a pizzeria. So I will go back and eat in. It's their takeout. They must be triple tasking because no matter what time I call they can never get my address right, even though it shows up on the callerid. I have them repeat it to me and they can't repeat it correctly. At the risk of sounding insulting and I really don't want to be I am just saying this so they correct it and stop losing business. It seems as if the people who answer the phone MANY times over 4 years are those who may not be able to read as well as they should. They stumble over repeating really simple street names and the numbers seem to be always be incorrectly repeated back as well. On a few occasions I have asked them to repeat my order back and its always missing something I clearly ordered. Tonight this occurred again so I tried calling twice, got 2 different people and its always the same story I just relayed. Not just tonight but many times the last 4 years. They lost a $17 order tonight. May times over the years its been maybe 8 orders of $20-$30 each. I'll eat in but never request delivery again. read more

I'm a local teacher and have been ordering from the Brookhaven Pat's pizza for 6 years for my students, at least every month during the school year. I ordered the party pizza for my kids this week. When the kids were eating, they said it tasted funny. One of the kids said that the middle of the pizza wasn't cooked in the inside (the dough). I had the kids throw out the pizza to prevent them from getting sick and called Pat's up about the problem. They asked me to put all the slices back in the box and they would send me a new one. I called them back and told them the kids threw out most of the pizza and there were only a few slices left. They didn't offer to reimburse or just sending a new pizza just to replace it. I'm so disappointed in them, I will never go back unless they take care of this problem. I'm a teacher and I don't make much money. What a waste. read more

stopped in for lunch today. I was not impressed with my first order. they put mustard on my sandwich when I asked for mushrooms. this was because they have children operating the place. I love the sauce on the pizza. The Pat's special is our favorite, especially the large chunks of meat on the pizza.

We are regulars at Pat's and have sampled most of the menu at this point. My favorite is the buffalo rustic sandwich, which comes on a nice crusty roll and had great flavor. My hubby is partial to the chicken rancho wrap. We have had their pizza, both by the slice as well as full pies and have no complaints. The wings are tasty - we especially like the sesame ginger flavor - and their celery is super crispy every time! None of that wilted-because-I-was-cut-a-week-ago stuff! We once ventured away from Pat's, figuring we would try something different, and got Cocco's. big mistake! We went right back to Pat's! read more

My husband ordered a whole small pie (baked fresh to order) - took over half of it home - of the "meat lovers" pizza - topped with ham, bacon, pepperoni, sausage and meatball slices. (heart attack on a pie) It definitely was not frozen. I had a small veal parm sandwich light on the cheese. The place was empty on a Tuesday night - and the pizza was good (not NYC quality - but HELLO - it's the PA suburbs) and the veal parm was on a great-tasting Italian roll. No complaints here. I was visiting family and stopped here for lunch. Very cute place. Not your typical "pizza" place considering they offer Pasta, Hoagies, Italian Dishes, & Salads. I was greeted by the staff as soon as I walked in which was nice. They even gave me $5 off my order! A+ staff. I noticed it was very clean there, esp. the bathrooms! Good job! If you're dining in, expect to place your order at the counter and then they serve it to you like a regular restaurant. Food came out fast! I got a cheesesteak & fries. My friend got the Chipotle Chicken salad. She let me try some & it was surprisingly very good!!! Nice guy who served us our food! The pizza is really good here. Always a crowd pleaser. The pasta portions are big, but lack a 5 star review due to lack of seasoning. I have done take out and dine in. Both have been good service.
