If something was going on, communication with the team would've gone a long way. As for the food: My steak sandwich had zero seasoning. I mean none. The only flavor came from the peppers on it. Two hours later, after reheating it in the air fryer and adding salt and pepper, it was decent. My husband had a cold sandwich and enjoyed his more, so I'm guessing results may vary depending on what you order. I didn't rate the service too harshly because it was clear the staff was overwhelmed, not rude. They barely had time to offer a smile, let alone conversation. Still, I gave this spot 4 stars because I see the potential. The menu looks genuinely interesting, the space is nice, and I imagine on a slower day with tighter processes they probably put out some fantastic sandwiches. I'd definitely be willing to give them another try, but next time I'll show up with extra patience and maybe a backup snack just in case.

First day was a half sandwich and soup combo. Really yummy sandwich made with good ingredients and even the soup was a step above what I'd expect. Day two got a whole sandwich and fruit cup because I'm trying to avoid unnecessary starches and carbs. This sandwich, actually a turkey panini, was also really good and the fruit was again all fresh and tasty. I was prepared to be disappointed by it way was not at all. They seem to use quality bread and ingredients rather than the usual food service stuff I'd expect.
