He quoted me 1600 to 2000 to paint approximately a galley kitchen and 3 average walls with 2high ceilings. He said he would have someone help him. said it would take 4 days. He was also doing doors and trim. When he came the next day he was alone. During the course of the 8 hrs he was to work he left twice the first day worked a half a day the Second day. When came the. Third day he said he had to leave early again. That's when I told him finish the walls and forget the trim and doors and go! I Had to tell to him to-paint the wall twice because first coat did not cover and he still didn't do it right! I had to get someone else to finish up! He even had the nerve to say he should have charged square footage the second day he came after he already quoted me. He's a nice Man but not a HandyMAN! Had to clean paint off of floor and fireplace Maybe he does other work better on other things and I'm sorry I had to post this but very upset over the end result and the additional cost it cost me and stress

They have the latest machines that picked up the dust. I did not have to wipe down anything. CMS sanding machines got right up to baseboards and edges. They removed the outer ring I had previously from a less competent refinisher with an old sander. The wooden floors look brand new. These are the guys you want.
