The BF and I have ordered three pizzas on three different occasions so far and they've all been wonderful. The crust is nice and crispy, the sauce is flavorful, and the toppings are just right. I thought this place was pretty good for the area. It beats the chain pizza delivery places for sure. The salad greens were fresh and tender. We ordered the margarita pizza. The sauce to cheese ratio was a little off for our tastes: we thought it was a little too heavy on the tomato-pastey sauce. Not too hard to scrape some off though. We took a gamble on this place and it hasn't failed us yet. The first night I got a Buffalo Chicken Wrap and side Caesar salad. My husband had the and fries. Both were good however the wrap was a little salty. My husband loved the and ordered it the next time; I opted for a Chicken Caesar salad. Best delivery salad I've had here yet!! Pat's has an online points system where points are earned with each order. I have over 250 points but it doesn't allow me to use them. I have contacted them numerous times and I did receive one response where they said they sent me a coupon code of which I never received. I replied that I didn't receive it and haven't heard back from them. If you're going to have an earned points system you should as least be able to use it when placing an order online. I would rather they didn't have it on there then I wouldn't get mad each time I was unable to use it. read more

Finally! A decent takeout place in Glen Burnie. The food was great! We had a rustic sandwich, turkey burger and boneless wings. First up, the food is packaged really nicely - Cardboard boxes with the Pat's logo on them. Delivery guy had logo on his shirt as well. Loved this place, but has started to go down hill. Noticed prices creeping up last year, now it's almost 2 bucks more expensive for each item than when I started ordering from them. Portions started to get smaller, but taste has stayed high quality, and the only reason I ordered a few times this year. Had an awful experience here. We ordered two salads and 1 slice of pizza that was already cooked & sitting on the counter. 40 minutes passed before we went back to the counter and asked why it was taking so long - we received a snotty response in return. Another 15 minutes later (so nearly an hour after we ordered), our salads arrived with the same slice of pizza that had been sitting out for nearly an hour, cold & hard. I requested a new slice, which was received 20 min after that, long after I'd finished my salad. Usually, I am addicted to their baked ziti. However, last night I ordered it with extra sauce and extra melted cheese (I usually just get it regular), but when it arrived it was made like it typically is. Normal sauce, normal melted cheese. I know because I order it often enough. I called and spoke to the manager because the extra I ordered also cost extra so I wanted what I paid for. His solution? He sent a driver over with a side of sauce and a side of cold cheese that I had to melt myself. I wasn't too happy about having to use my microwave on my fresh made meal. The manager SHOULD have had a new one made and sent to me. I don't know think I'll be ordering from there again any time soon, which is sad because I was a pretty regular customer. read more

I just ordered food for delivery from here and it wasn't anything special. My total was about $30, including a chicken Caesar wrap that comes with fries, and a cheesesteak that I ordered fries separately for. It came fairly quick, about a half hour from when I ordered. My wrap was pretty small, and the fries were in the same box as the wrap and there weren't that many. My boyfriends cheesesteak had all of the topping piled over the bread so it really didn't stay together, but his side of fries was huge! I put in the instructions that we both ordered honey mustard and they sent one. I can get the same thing at any other place for 20 including drinks so I don't think I'd eat here again. read more

Visited on a Friday evening. Fast food-like, order at the counter and they bring it to your table. We should have tried the pizza, it looked very good at neighboring tables. Calamari appetizer was about the worst we've every had... super tough and oily. I was not impressed with the cheese steak, although the roll was good, the steak reminded me of Subway's (already prepared, heat it up in the microwave deal.) The onions and green peppers were not roasted or heated at all. The wife tried the turkey wrap, very dry - could have used more dijon, and the turkey was just chunks. No beer or wine, just fountain and bottled drinks. Not a lot of seating... only about 10 tables. read more

Excellent and diverse selection - something for everyone from soups and salads to pizza and sandwiches. This is more of a high end fast food place - like Panera Bread, it is not fine dining. Honestly their pizza is good and all but what keeps me coming back is the chicken Quesadilla and their coco crunch sandwich. Im addicted lol. The atmosphere their is really nice but the hidden gem with this place imo is their delivery. Most delivery/takeout places I've experienced previously feel as if you aren't always getting what you pay for. Especially compared to going there and eating it, but with this place I can't get enough of it. My boyfriend and I order from here at least 6-7 times a month (yeah we eat out a lot). Of all the times I've ordered, they've only gotten it wrong once, and in that situation, they immediately sent out replacement food and let me keep the messed up food. Normally I order the baked ziti or mini burger sliders, and they're perfect every single time. VERY GENEROUS portions on the pasta too. I can never finish mine. Pat's Select Grill is delicious. Clean and the menu changes regularly. Loads of choices -- not just pizza and subs. We go there to get good salads and sandwiches. Prices are better than the chain restaurant across the street (Pasadena, MD). The restaurant isn't really big, so I recommend groups of about 8 people max. So glad that they are located in our area. Have been ordering from there for 8 months and it was great. Always got a pizza with meatball and onions. Tonight I called and ordered the exact same thing. Girl on the phone had to ask me what i meant by meatball, then said they don't do that. When I explained how many times I had ordered this before without issue, she was rude and not helpful and seemed utterly perplexed still by the word "meatball"....I then ordered from Squissito's the exact same pizza and it took 5 seconds for them to take my order and were so kind! read more

I ordered delivery. I know as with most places delivery is never as good as eating at the restaurant This place doesn't wow me with their food. I got the buffalo chicken wrap with fries. I ordered online and the ticket clearly said Diet cokes with blue cheese dressing. The soda was wrong but he driver was great about it and came back within 10 minutes with the correct drink. I did not get any blue cheese on my wrap but other than that the wrap was okay. About standard for most places.The fries were inedible. I need to first say that the 1 star is for delivery only (and that is being generous) whereas in-store I would push more 3.5-4 stars as the food is rather good when fresh. Reason I am giving it 1 star, and writing a review which I rarely do anymore unless I'm "wow'd" one way or the other, is because they just continue to mess up or skimp on my family's delivery orders. I think I am literally always the last of the 3 or 4 customers they deliver to on a route because I can pick the food up and have it home still between warm and hot without a special pizza bag. Beyond that I have completely stopped ordering wings because I like mine crispy and request the sauce on the side. I have A) not gotten the sauce B) had the sauce on the wings prior to receiving them at my home C)gotten boneless where only half had sauce (??) and the other half was rather dry and lacked crisp because they were wrapped in foil and delivered to my house so long after being cooked and of course D) straight up didn't get an item (once it was my wife's dinner item and well....it was a rough day for her. All those occasions and I believe I only caved in and called two times. Once I was told to just remind them next time I ordered and the second time I was told "that is the normal amount of sauce we toss the boneless wings in" (remember the time I got boneless instead of bone-in with sauce on the side like every other time/restaurant in my remembered lifespan). Tonight topped the cake though, enough so that I would actually take time out of my nightly routine even with my military wife gone at the moment to write a review. I quickly ordered my son and I some dinner consisting of a medium cheese pizza and a COLD CUT Italian sub add bacon. Well, as usual the pizza got here luke warm but even more unfortunate, so did my cold sub. I am assuming my sandwich sat in that hot pizza bag for quite sometime in order for the pizza and the meat/lettuce of my sandwich to be the same temperature. Also, the extra bacon I paid for was literally ONE PIECE in the middle of an 8 inch (if not 12) sub. With the meat and lettuce warm and the bread stale and quickly turning soggy (and I requested no oil so that was not the cause) it just began falling apart. I looked messier than my child when I was done trying to eat the first half before giving up. Oh, the luke warm pizza (same temp as my cold sub) tasted well enough I suppose because my young son ate all but one piece which I ate after not wanting to attempt the rest of my sub. I will never order from here again because even if you call them they simply don't care, and there is no provided contact email for someone that could help make a difference. If I feel like a stone pizza and sitting somewhere other than the comfort of my own home I would still consider dining in. In summary, I am finally fed up with the low quality control standards of their delivery but like eating the pizza if I have time to eat in the restaurant with the family. read more

Everything I've had so far was absolutely amazing. The salads are always so fresh nothing out of bag. Same as everything I've tried it was all well worth the money I spent. And the whole dining experience is great. The restaurant its self is very nice and cozy plus very clean! Even the bathroom is spotless and smelled very nice. Two stars for good and friendly service but what it comes to a food it does not deserve any. Restaurant had ready made pizzas so you could purchase slices which we ended up doing. I had two slices of the plain cheese pizza. The slices had so much grease on them that even after blotting one napkin full of grease the pizza slice still tasted greasy. I could not even finish my slices, that's how bad they tasted. I love pizza and eat it all the time but not in this restaurant. read more

Ordered a turkey sub and chicken parm sub. Had to wait over 40 mins. Kids busy talking behind the counter while everyone was waiting for their food. Finally someone asked if we wanted anything. She gave us the food. It was not wrapped or bagged properly and so if fell out of the bag and onto the floor. $8 sub had one slice of turkey on it. Nothing like the sandwich pictured on website. The chicken parm only covered less then half of the roll. Looked as if they must have cut the cutlet in half and split it between my order and someone else's. Another $8 down the drain. They have a fancy store front, fancy pizza box, its all hpye over priced and so medicore is just asking to be slammed with bad reviews. Worst service ever! I waited 1 hour for my meal when I was quoted 30 minutes for delivery. The Santa Fe rolls were all processed and frozen. The wings were dry and only 8 small pieces.
