And, that's unheard of these days. Nobody cares!!! By the way, today is August 14, 2025. The high review largely goes to the driver. I'm not sure if I should say his name. The service knows who I am talking about. My driver is very professional. He is considerate; he offers help when needed. He is on time. The car has no smell and he doesn't play any music, station, talk show, news, etc. Some other services have smelly cars and you have to listen to what they are listening to. My driver probably has 40 years driving experience and he is a fine driver. I can't say enough about the driver. The company and the dispatcher are easy to deal with. I have called 15 different Rochester Airport Taxi services and nobody was picking up the phone because it was 2am in the morning. Thank GOD my daughter was able to call Rochester Airport Transportation and Tewodros Beyene called her back and let her know that he would pick her up in 1.5 hours (which is the distance from Rochester Airport and Alfred University). This man drove 1.5 hours each way in the middle of the night... And thanks to him, my daughter was ON TIME for her 7am flight!!! I am so grateful for his service! I am not sure why some of the reviews are negative here... Our experience, was so grateful and incredible!

Price: about 7 miles for $23.50. Great service, but it's important to bring some small change. I gave her $50, She had some trouble with her math, so I took out my calculator (iPhone), just to help her out.
