Unfortunately Highway Patrol had this company toe my son's truck when he slid off the road in the rain. It was an unfortunate event that this man made worse when he quoted me one price and then added $80 dollars. I was so frustrated but had to get my car. Which now there are only 15, and I never read a good one about them. Oh I'm lying. Sorry. I read one, probably a family member. I still hv yet to get them to answer my phone calls since the drunk on the other end threatened to put me even more in debt because I simply asked basic math questions... how much is ur daily storage fee.? My job requires me to deal with tow companies everyday. The guy that answered the phone today at Pats Towing is one of the rudest people I have spoke to in quite a while. I may be wrong but it sure sounded like I was talking to a drunk. He was misquoting the law in what seemed like an attempt to get more money out of us than what was required. The rest of the people that work there may be great but the drunk old man I spoke wasn't. I have never wrote a review but I felt I needed to help people steer clear of this company. There are plenty of good tow companies out there to use but this is not one of them. read more

I called around to get my mom's car towed to a mechanic to get fixed. After calling 6 different places, Pat's was the only one that was immediately available (within the hour). The receptionist was very cordial and empathetic to my situation. She called when the driver was on his way and called again when the driver was delayed so they were very transparent in their communications. Pat's gave me an estimate on how much the tow would cost, which was cheaper than I thought it would be. They charged me the amount they estimated with no additional costs or hidden fees. Afterwards I called them for a receipt to submit to the insurance company and they were able to send me an electronic copy which was really nice. read more

This was the cheapest tow I could find for my 2002 Chevy Silverado ($55 hookup) and 2005 Ford Taurus ($55 hookup). To pull the Silverado up on the flatbed and tow the Taurus at the same time and $30 Flatbed fee at $4 per mile loaded cost $172.00 total. -Cow Pokes Towing was off the charts high $112.50 hookup 1st car and $50 2nd car if it can be towed at the same time. If not the $112.50 for the 2nd car. -American Tow & Recovery was comparable. Hookup per vehicle @ $65ea. at $2.75 per mile. Flatbed/Car Dolly $20.00, Work/Wait $15 every 15min's, Floor Dry $15 and Service Calls $50. I might have gone with this company if it weren't for the $15 every 15mins of work/wait. Adds up quick. Pat's Towing might have been the cheapest towing service around but they are far from lousy service. Actually it was great and I definitely would use them again in the future. The lady that came out was the wife of the owner. She was knowledgeable and a very hard worker. Great job!! read more

The gentleman that came to pick up the totaled car was amazing..He was friendly and answered any questions we had...Then it came time to go to their office.... That was an entirely different experience... I am not sure who they have working in the office, but they were so rude and snarky and acted like we asked for all this to happen... We were hit by a complete stranger and all my daughter needed to get her 1 year olds stroller and a couple other things, she went up there with the police report, ins verification, id... and those girls in there looked at her like trash and had such a severe attitude I was appalled.... She never was able to get her stuff because they had to have the TITLE... Sadly we didn't have a choice, the police called them.... read more

I called this company yesterday to have three cars towed off of my property. I drove 20 minutes from my office to meet them and they called having to cancel due to an emergency on the highway. I completely understood and let them know that I would be available anytime the next day in the afternoon to meet them. They called me at 9 o'clock this morning saying they were on their way, I explained that I told them the day before that I am not able to meet until the afternoon. They told me to call back whenever I was ready to meet. I called back to set a time and they told me they would have somebody there in 45 minutes. I just sat at my property for an additional hour after the time scheduled. When I called back to let them know that I was leaving the property they didn't seem to really care they just said OK and hung up. I would not recommend this company for personal or business use. They were very unprofessional, and have no consideration for your time. read more

The guy that answered the phone was a smarta$$ from the word hello. Besides charging outlandish fees($152 for a vehicle they had less than 12 hours), if this is the best they have for customer service, pick another wrecker service for your hauling needs. They do not deserve your business. I will be filing a complaint with the City of Moore and will petition that they be removed from the call list for the City of Moore Emergency Services.
