Their owner doesn't care about the safety of the towns he serves. I have tried to contact the owner for over two years and not once has he called me back when I've left my number. Today I spoke with Donna who answered the phone, and she said "call back when the owner is here" and hung up. When I called back to see when that was, she wouldn't talk, just put the phone down on the desk, I could hear a tv in the background. Is this the level of customer service you want? I can only imagine if you were calling with a complaint or concern. If their ownership doesn't care enough about public safety issues that he refuses to make a phone call, and knowingly allows his employees to break state safety laws that put you and your children at risk, I would definitely steer clear of this horrible company.
