This was our first visit to Patsy's Pub, and overall it was a very nice experience. This is a bar type of atmosphere, with "Open Mic" nights and live music on several days of the week. Food: We had a 16" thin crust pizza, which was surprisingly good and nicely prepared. Service: The place was totally packed on a Thursday night, but service was still prompt, and our server was very friendly. Ambiance: The food prices are very low here. I can't think of another recent case where my wife and I had dinner for $34.00 in Hamilton County, but Patsy's is an example of large portion sizes coupled with relatively low prices. It does get a little loud inside, for obvious reasons, but that's to be expected.

Sampler platter. You get to choose 3 from many options.

Been here a few times. Last time I came got the burger. It was huge and great. I wish I took a picture. This place fits that Neighborhood Bar for sure!

Turns out the entire heated patio is first come, first served, and we were seated almost immediately. It was one of those windy Indiana afternoons where the cold finds every gap in your jacket. I fully expected to spend lunch shivering. Somehow, the heated patio felt warmer than the restaurant itself. Between the TVs, football on every screen, and the patio heaters, we had zero complaints. Now let's talk about the famous pepperoni-stuffed breadsticks. They're a must. And order your own nacho cheese. Seriously. Don't expect anyone to share. I could eat a shoe dipped in their cheese and probably enjoy every bite. The breadsticks always arrive piping hot, stuffed with gooey mozzarella, and if we're judging on a cheese-pull scale...I'm giving them a solid 7/10 on the stretch meter. As for our server, Zach...what a true gem. He's one of those people I'd honestly be surprised to hear anyone say they didn't like. Funny, quick with the jokes, and somehow kept up with the chaos without missing a beat. He also made sure my lemon drop martinis never had a chance to get lonely. Since I wasn't driving, he happily assisted me in...staying hydrated. The place was busy enough that we couldn't stand around chatting long, but he's the kind of person you'd genuinely enjoy running into again. We've been here twice now, and both visits have been consistently great. Whether you're stopping in to catch the game, escape the cold on the heated patio, or simply satisfy a craving for those ridiculously good breadsticks, Ale Emporium continues to be one of our favorite spots. Just don't skip the breadsticks...and trust me, order your own cheese. You'll understand after the first bite.

I have never been to BuffaLouie's and since they had a patio I thought it was a good time to try it. I was seated right away. The cocktail list looked good but I was really craving an Aperol Spritz. My waiter was very friendly. He said they could make any cocktail. So I did indeed order an Aperol Spritz. I will have to say it was a good Aperol Spritz. I ended up ordering the chicken tenders and tater tots. I always appreciate it it when tots are an option. The tenders were pretty standard. But I did really enjoy my tots. They were nice and crispy.

The bar is loaded with Indiana team photos and memorabilia. TV monitors were playing various sport reruns when we visited. A couple of people were seated and seemed to be remotely working. The dining area and outdoor patio are clean and welcoming. We waited for service and no one came out, so we went next door to their carry-out counter. The food was delivered to us outside fairly quickly. The wings were and fries were hot! The fries were very good. The "wings" seemed made from frozen nuggets. They were ok. I'd return to try a meal from their full menu. I'm guessing that the bar is hoping on game day. There is free parking in a dedicated lot behind the building. Also, if you're lucky, you can find street parking.

My pickup time was 4:14 p.m., and I arrived on time. I stood at the front for about 10 minutes while multiple employees walked past without acknowledging me. One employee at the bar looked at me several times but never spoke or let anyone know I was waiting. During that time, another customer walked in and was immediately asked if he needed assistance. I had to speak up and say I'd been waiting to get help. To make matters worse, my order wasn't even ready at the scheduled pickup time. I also noticed another couple come in and wait without being greeted. The manager did apologize and offered complimentary appetizers, which I appreciated, but the overall customer service left such a poor impression that I don't plan to return. The food was good, but good food doesn't make up for being ignored. While I was waiting, another couple came in and wasn't greeted either. They assumed it was self-seating, sat down for a while without anyone acknowledging them, and eventually left. Watching that happen made me realize this wasn't just a one-time issue with my order it seemed like a breakdown in customer service that could easily cost the restaurant business. So, thank you to the manager who was tried to help and thank you to the 2 other ladies that finally came over.

Our waitress was great! Extra friendly and helpful. We started with the loaded waffle fries. I forgot to get a photo, but they were delicious. They stayed warm, the cheese was gooey, and just enough banana peppers. The location is great and I love that there are so many TVs inside. For our meals, we had the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich, the Cajundillas and the Boom Boom Shrimp tacos. Everything is full of flavor. Good portion sizes. The chicken sandwich had two huge pieces of chicken on it. We also had a hush puppies and they were delicious. We will definitely be back next time we are passing through.
