Our family is super thrilled to enjoy a beautiful, long hot summer in this gorgeous oasis with us. The service is so friendly and communicative and everyone is super willing to help! The team helped us explore affordable options within our budget to accommodate all the very nice features included within our pool package. The total length of time from when construction began until we were given clearance to enter our sweet new pool and hot tub was ten weeks, which is expected for a combo such as this, I understand. Thank you, Aquos - you brought the resort experience straight to our backyard so we can make countless amazing memories for years to come, we can't thank you enough!!!

Its a family business thats been around for a long time. And it turns out that many different family members were part of out pool building process. The workers were all super fast, professional, and highly skilled. They always cleaned up at the end of the day, and they took care of our property. I highly recommend these guys.

We felt comfortable allowing our children (ages 11 and 8) to walk around the park and return to our bungalow on their own because the area felt safe and well-managed. We especially appreciated having a dedicated host assigned to us. Rylan did an excellent job throughout the day. He was communicative, professional, friendly, and genuinely concerned about ensuring we had a positive experience. His efforts did not go unnoticed. Overall, we can see that the park has made adjustments to better meet guests' needs. For example, the use of QR codes and digital ordering options made food purchases more convenient. One improvement we would love to see in the future is the automatic application of seasonal passholder discounts when guests are signed in and ordering through the QR code system. Since our account information is already connected, this would make the process more seamless. We did encounter an issue with the food. We ordered several pizzas for our group, and unfortunately they arrived undercooked and doughy. As a result, much of the pizza went to waste, and we had to order additional food. We shared this concern with a member of the management team, who was very pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately, I do not recall his name, as I do not believe he was wearing a name tag. The pool area was very well managed. We felt our children were safe, and there appeared to be an adequate number of staff members actively monitoring the swimming areas. We appreciate the attention given to guest safety. We do believe a dress code should be enforced to better align with the family-oriented environment of the establishment. Overall, we had a great time and appreciate the efforts being made to enhance the guest experience. We look forward to returning in the future.

Wow, San Ramon Aquatic Center is great if you're looking for a place for beginner swimmers or a…read moreplace to splash during a hot summer day. We've been to Dublin Wave and Larkey Swim Center but I think San Ramon Aquatic Park takes the cake: 1. Low entry fee of $8/pp. Big, clean family room for changing along with showers. 2. The main splash pad is a sight to behold. They have this gigantic bucket that gets filled with water pumped from the main pool. It rocks back and forth like a slow bell, signaling impeding doom. Eventually, the bucket tips over and drenched everything and everyone below. It never gets old watching this. 3. They have separate pools for diving, lap swimming, and one with a gigantic inflatable structure that looks like an obstacle course from American Ninja, only above a big pool. As for minor downsides: 1. Limited places to sit around the perimeter. Its crowded here and many folks set out blankets for picnics. 2 Despite a pretty big parking lot, it does get busy so you may need to park a bit farther.

The facility is clean, and it's perfect for my kids, who are 14, 10, 5, 4 and 10months old. I recommend renting your space ahead of time. The lines for the water slides were…read moreextremely long, which was frustrating on its own, but what made it worse was how disorganized the staff seemed. The slide attendants would ask if anyone wanted to ride the light blue slide. My kids and I had been waiting in line, and after no one responded for several minutes, another family walked up. The dad said he wanted to ride the light blue slide, so the staff let him through. However, his child went to the dark blue slide instead--the one my child had already said they wanted to ride. We were next in line, the staff saw what happened, and they still allowed it. It felt like my family was skipped. This wasn't an isolated incident either. While we were there, I saw similar situations happen to other families, where people who hadn't been waiting in line ended up getting on the slides ahead of others. It made the line system feel unfair and poorly managed. The rules also weren't enforced consistently. One staff member told me I couldn't wear my goggles on the slide, even though I'd worn them there before without any issues and other staff members never said anything. It was confusing because different staff members seemed to enforce different rules. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and unfair. Better line management and consistent enforcement of the rules would make a big difference.

Sequoians is an inclusive body-positive space for all ages, genders, and body types (including…read morepost-surgery or modified bodies)! It's an overall pretty chill space with a clubhouse, bocce ball, hiking, and pool/hot tub. It's member-only, and the community is tight-knit and welcoming. We have been members for the last year, and my girls (9,7,5) love going. They are treated with incredible love and respect by all the members and there are currently several families with kids, ranging from 5-14 years old. Yes, it's naked. Yes, you will see naked people. Yes, you will be naked! Kids under 18 do not have to be naked if they don't want to, but adults are expected to be clothes-free most of the time. Let me tell you why Sequoians is walking the walk on inclusivity, and why it isn't creepy. 1) Creepiness is gross and bad for all ages; sexualizing kids is wrong, full stop. 2) Creepiness is bad for business! Getting accused of improper activities is bad for business! Sequoians, and nudists in general, have a vested interest in keeping their spaces safe for everyone. 3) Inclusivity is more fun! More people can be included and feel safe, and that feels good. Therefore: Sequoians makes a big deal of vetting potential members, and everyone is educated about body positivity and etiquette. You see consent engagements in real life, in terms of playing with the kids, hanging out in shared spaces, keeping spaces clean, and working together for the benefit of everyone. Everytime we do out there, my kids say "ohhhhh we love it here!" and I do too. If you are interested in learning more, please read the website. And come visit!

I really enjoy being in nature and hearing nothing but birds and wildlife. That said, it is a bit busier on the weekends, but not rowdy. Wonderful place to remove clothing and be in nature. If you're interested in gawking at naked members of the opposite sex, save your time and go to a strip club.
