Just go to Turlock. Customer service is still a thing but I think this place forgot. Whoever I spoke with seemed annoyed because I asked her to call and verify my insurance before driving myself there. Getting upset because someone asked you to do what's in your job description is weird. read more

Felt very unwelcome and the nurses have a weird way of making you feel uncomfortable & stupid. Not sure if they were having a bad day or what but I didn't know there wasn't a waiting room any more and I was spoken to like a toddler. Place is dirty & unprofessional. I try to be understanding in situations like these because I understand dealing with sick patients all day isn't ideal but this place just sucks lol They also placed all of my paperwork that had any & all information about me and my health on top of a stack of magazines in the lobby? This place is unprofessional and sketchy as hell. Their card reader is busted, so cash only. They won't bill you, so you can only pay cash. I received a call the day before my appointment, after already receiving emails and texts about confirmations and reminders. They let me know, they were hoping the card reader would come before my appointment. They re-requested all the information I had provided through there online application. Then told me I forgot to upload my insurance card, their application only has you upload your ID. I told them it's a temporary insurance card I have on my phone. Then they asked me to email it to them. It was all way too outside the norm for me, so I said I would provide the information when I came in. 30 minutes before my appointment they called to say "No Card Reader, Cash Only." Suddenly my temporary card would no longer be accepted either. Even though the day before, they were asking me to email it to them. When I explained how this wasn't brought up the day before, it was all good once again. The weirdest part was probably when I asked to talk to a Manager, they put me on hold for several minutes, only to tell me, there was no Manager available. Outstanding one on one service and experience. I went in to be seen (on a Friday) and was immediately attended by Luis. Luis went above and beyond by even personally reaching out to pharmacies within the area and even some further out to find the type of meds that I needed. Stay away from this place. Three bad experiences already. Not sure why I went three times and got scammed all three times. Dr. or nurse Renee is the clearly there just to scam our Patterson residents since she knows we don't have many options. But we do have some other options instead of these place. She will try to keep you coming and pretend to diagnose your symptoms every time you go there at $120.00 a visit if you don't have insurance like me, and since you're sick you'll find whatever way you can to go and get better but she'll just keep milking you for as long as you let her. I ended up going to another Dr. office in Las Palmas avenue and only charged me $40.00 for the visit and got me cured. Stay away from Patterson Urgent Care if you can, for your own good. read more

I highly recommend this office! I came in with really bad Strep Throat today, haven't seen a doctor in over six years, and these ladies made the experience so very pleasant. After two shots in my hip and two antibiotic prescriptions, I'm already starting to feel like myself again and I'm able to eat and swallow like normal. DO NOT GO HERE DOCTOR IS UNSAFE TO PATIENTS. I'm currently recovering from internal bleeding due to the complete uneducation from the doctor here.I came in here two weeks ago for a ear infection that had not been manageable. Annoying but simple right? I paid out of pocket no insurance so there's no reason with the empty waiting room or paying against my insurance that mind you I didn't give because the nurse wasn't interested in waiting to have it texted to me. With no one else there at all. why I wasn't talked to for more than five minutes. The nurse wrote down my allergies and then when the doctor came examined me for two seconds and then wrote me a full line of scripts. (Side note the prescriptions contained two things I was allergic too and told the nurse beforehand.) Didn't ask me anything else and when I tried to say something about my current and previous medical history I got attitude. I was extremely uncomfortable at that point and literally had to conversate my way out of the place to not have an anxiety attack because of the way she was behaving. I went home and due to being in so much pain followed her prescriptions and now I've been over the ear infection over a week and now am fighting internal bleeding and permenant damage to my intestines and stomach because the doctor decided to rush her job. Ive going as far as filing a police report and reporting her to the medical board. I was in in the hospital awhile now and still am trying to be able to get up and around. She is unsafe to patients and isn't interested in listening just getting paid. If you care about your health, not having your HIPPA rights violated and really just want to help yourself out of whatever your dealing with. And move on with your life like I wanted to, don't go here. You will lose weeks of being able to work. Forget my family and feeding it right?i haven't worked in almost two weeks because of how she treated an ear infection. That's ridiculous. They have nothing but bad reviews but if you should read one that matters care about your health. Listen to this one. Don't let this lady make money off making you extremely more sick and in a dangerous situation like she did to me. Also side note this doctor needs to wear more appropriate clothing. I'm in my late twenties with tattoos and this is coming from me still. It was so innaproprotate I could see her lingerie while she worked. Like her dress came up that high I'm not talking not about see through clothIng which is still not appropriate. She's a doctor have some class. It's a business establishment is it not? Like I said don't go here I'm literally bleeding inside and broke from not working because she didn't care about doing the service she provides that I paid for. Though rarely ill I recently had the occasion to visit Patterson Urgent Care. I do not spend a lot of time in doctors offices and can honestly say it was a pleasure to be treated. The front office staff processed my paperwork quickly and efficiently, the lobby was well maintained and my experience with the medical professional went well beyond the reason I had originally came to the office. Staff are very conscientious about client health and well being. Unfortunately I've had a few repeat visits and each time am treated with courtesy and medical professionalism. Patterson Urgent Care is a credit to the community and medical profession. read more
