A couple of great produce vendors, we bought some wonderful tomatoes and blackberries from one of the vendors and were very happy with them. There a couple of food carts, mexican and a breakfast place, both looked pretty promising. Jewelry, woven baskets, re-purposed clothing, all worth a look. A couple of weird booths, one with non-authentic indian artifacts and a place selling some special glass cleaning product ala "as-seen on TV" type of product. It was clean, most of the machines were working, it was not too busy, and our clothes got clean and dried. There is no bathroom and there are no vending machines for pop or snacks which might contribute positively to the clean aspect. We brought our own quarters. $3 to wash, $1.50 to dry. One quarter got eaten. Could have been worse, right? We did hear that they are not always open when they are supposed to be. I guess we lucked out. This was my kid's first laundromat experience that he remembers ( I was still married for our last one so that was probably 15 years ago). He loved it and now wants to own a laundromat. Lol.

A lot of books are obviously worn, but still readable (I've never seen them selling anything that was too torn up to read), while some appear to be just like new. Because of this, the price does range, but overall it's still going to be cheaper here than somewhere like a Barnes & Noble. On my most recent visit I bought a Nancy Drew book for $5 (I've been wanting to pick one up again to re-read as an adult since I loved the series as a kid, just for some light, nostalgic reading) which I don't consider to be an amazing deal, as I can get them for that price and less from places like Ebay, but I was still really happy to see so many Nancy Drew books there I decided to go for it anyway, and they have so many other interesting books for much less too. We didn't see any employees pumping gas while we were there. They have snack and beverage vending machines available as well. Overall, we got what we needed, gas! The pump we used had a crappy lever on it. It kept clicking off like the tank was full, but we only had about a quarter tank when we stopped in. We ended up putting $80 of gas in the tank, but had to hold the pump lever the entire fill-up. A bit annoying.
