We have boarded our old dog and current dog at this hotel since they opened as Paradise 4 Paws. We…read morehad no issues at all when it was Paradise 4 Paws, but since it was bought out by Wag Hotels, everything went downhill quickly. My current dog (large german shepherd mix - around 100lbs) came back smelling like urine after a 5 day stay - we had him groomed before his stay so there is no reason why he should have smelled this way after being boarded for 5 days. (side note - before it was bought by Wag Hotels, this place offered all day play for dogs and we were told we would be grandfathered into that on our account but after one stay, that option disappeared - it was just 2 one-hour play sessions and anything beyond that would be an additional charge). What's worse than the dog coming home smelling like urine is that the last two stays (one was for a week and the other was for 5 days), I got a call from the hotel while on vacation telling me that my dog was being aggressive toward other dogs. While my dog is big and a loud barker, he is not aggressive - he is playful but not aggressive at all. This second time, Wag decided to take him out of play group and do "special care play" (not sure of the official name of this option) which is one on one "play" with a human - based on the handful of photos we received, not sure there was any play involved, and this is an additional $55 daily charge on top of the already pricey overnight boarding charge that is $70 on weekdays and even more on weekends and holidays. It's funny and so coincidental that our dog never had any behavior issues at this hotel prior to it being bought out by Wag Hotels and all the additional fees they have invented. And now suddenly our dog needs special care to the tune of an additional $55 per day? Needless to say, we will not be returning and will not recommend this facility for daycare or boarding for any pet.

Canine Designing - Wrigley is so happy after his grooming!

Best groomer ever! Kathy and her staff do a wonderful job with my dog Wrigley. My family was very…read morewary about groomers because we tried three different places before Canine designing and either Wrigley would act drugged and lethargic or get diarrhea. Therefore, we explained to Kathy our situation and our past experiences with Wrigley being at other groomers and she said no problem and that she would start him slow so that he can trust her. Well let me tell you, Wrigley adores her and the staff as much as they adore Wrigley. He has never acted funny after an appointment, and he constantly is happy and playful after his groomings. They always put a cute little bandana on his neck, which we always need to take a picture of right when he gets it because he tries to eat it off, and overall, he is just one happy camper after appointments. My family and I are blessed to have Kathy and her staff in our lives for Wrigley because we never had a dog that needed to be groomed in the past. Therefore, this is new for us, too. We heard about Kathy through a friend of mine, and I am so happy to say that we are ecstatic she did! We make Wrigley's next appointments after every visit, which are about 6 weeks apart.

It's an inconvenience to have to go there to make an appointment to bring your dog back to have an appointment. I had two instances where I had to cancel because the issues were beyond my control! One, was because my car died so I couldn't get my dogs to them. Second time, was because I threw my back out and I'm walking with a walker so there's no way I could've possibly got my dogs to them. I left four voicemails telling them that I needed to reschedule and no one has ever called me back! I get that you're busy, but no one should be so busy that they cannot have the curtesy to call a client back. Done... and it's a shame because I live in the neighborhood... oh well

As a dog owner who works long hours, I want to be confident that my dog is happy, well cared for, and gets enough exercise while I'm away. What has been most disappointing is the lack of transparency about my dog's day. There is no communication at all about how she is doing, whether she ate, how active she was, or any other basic updates that pet owners appreciate. The only visibility into the dogs' day comes from inconsistent Facebook group live videos, and there is no guarantee you even see your own dog. Whenever I have questions about my dog's experience or well-being, I have had to repeatedly follow up with management and the owners to get answers. When I reached out to discuss whether I wanted to continue my membership and increase my dog's attendance for her exercise regimen, I felt like asking for basic information about her experience was treated as an inconvenience rather than a reasonable request. That was frustrating and ultimately made me feel that my concerns as a customer weren't valued. I do want to recognize that the staff and drivers always seemed kind and genuinely caring toward the dogs. My concerns are not with them, but with the overall communication and customer experience. Better transparency and more proactive updates would go a long way toward building trust with pet owners.

Chris and her colleagues have been taking care of my pug, Ernie, for several years now. After meeting her on the street, where she fawned all over Ernie, and learning that she was my neighbor's dog walker, I got her information from my neighbor and she's been caring for him ever since. She no longer walks dogs regularly herself, but the other walkers I've had have always been great, and Chris regularly watches him when I'm traveling. She has always cared for him like he is her own and I know he is constantly showered with love whenever I am gone. The most recent experience to show you how dedicated she is was when she very likely saved his eye by her extraordinary care. I was away in New York and Chris was watching Ernie when he got a corneal ulcer (very common in pugs and due to no fault of Chris's). Between her and Dana (my walker), they worked together to make sure he was under constant supervision and got everything he needed to make sure the ulcer healed with medication and without surgery. She took him to the vet multiple times (including emergency vet and eye specialist) and kept in constant communication with me to let me know how he was doing. I contemplated flying home but it would've meant spending/losing a lot of money. The only reason I was able to stay was I knew Ernie was in wonderful hands, and she cares for him just as I would have. He just went back to the vet today and he is healing extremely well. The ulcer was pretty severe initially, so I am certain it is Chris's diligent care that kept him from going blind or losing the eye. I know I am grateful and I am sure Ernie is too!!!

I work from home from time to time, and whenever Travis comes in, she is soooo excited to see him. It makes me happy to know she feels so loved. When I go out of town, Daisy is always cheerful and calm when I come home, which is the best endorsement you can possibly give. I've been with Supreme to have had quite a few regular walkers, and I have trusted every one of them, both with my dog and the keys to my house.
