Yes, he performed the job alone; nevertheless, I know I received as good of or better results than I would have received from a larger organization. He assured me he and his crew would start and end on the dates given. However, he doesn't have a crew it's a one man show and he will bring one extra guy if you are lucky, sometimes. He is always backed up bc he takes on more jobs than he can handle and never shows up when he says he will. He doesn't call to cancel and is full of excuses. He did a mediocre job, never leveled the yard and has been stringing me along for months to come fix the areas he did not do properly. He is equipped to do zero of the things shown on his fancy flyer and has to go out and rent all of the machines to do the job. Of course I paid him in full so I'm no longer a priority. Do not use. You can not trust his word or his work.
