My knee hindered my mobility and prevented me from doing squats, jumps, and other exercises. After relating the pain to Dr. Ko, he discovered my pain stemmed from my ankle, which did not align properly after a sprain. After aligning it, he asked me to stand and I immediately felt the difference. Since then, I've have no issues with pain and can finally do squats and jumps again! He used a mix of techniques on both my muscles and joints, and what really stood out was how comfortable he made me feel.
