Cynthia is soo good ! I came her about two years ago when I had bad tendinitis on my arm . She helped me with that and now tech neck . I swear every time I leave I feel brand new and in less pain . I started seeing Dr. Ward because my back flared up after a knee replacement and my surgeon didn't really have anything to do with me , saying that the knee was good and to seek treatment elsewhere. I had sciatica and pain in my hip and my gate was all wonky. After only a few sessions Dr. Ward has me out of the sever pain I was in and I'm able to sleep through the night without the pain waking me every ten mins! She explained everything she was doing and why. She also gave me stretching exercises to do at home and suggestions on home care. I'm now able to walk my dogs and soon I hope to be back to work. Love Cindy! I got her name from a friend of mine and plan on continuing to use her services. I had previously gone to a chiropractor I loved in Fremont who is no longer taking appointments and then tried Alive Chiropractic in Piedmont (see my review there) it was awful. I went to Cindy and she was warm and really understood what I needed. She listens to your aches and pains stories and takes immediate action. If she can't fix it right away she explains why & makes sure you get it. She handles the insurance paperwork without issue and cares about what my insurance will cover. I have significant degenerative disc disease and other lower back problems but live a very active and fun filled life in large part because of Dr. Cindy's guidance and chiropractic skills.
