I was going to go around them, but then they all went into the store. Only one put his mask on, the other two just waltzed right in. Turned out these were the owner and his buddies, or at the very least someone who worked there. I waited a bit for the air to clear and then went into the store to start to gather my items. I should have just walked away then!! I got through one row and was starting on the second row when I saw one of them go get a soda - with no mask!! He saw me and quickly put on his mask, sort of like an afterthought. I immediately returned the items I had chosen and walked quickly out the door. I will NOT return here, they don't respect the safety of their customers or their workers!! And this during the worst time in the pandemic, where cases, hospitalizations, and deaths are increasing at an alarming rate. They should be ashamed of themselves. Throughout this pandemic I have shopped here several times a week, buying a lot of overpriced goodies. I have probably spent $30-$50 a week here since April. They will definitely notice that they have lost a good customer since I won't be shopping here again. The one star is for the cashiers who are always polite and wear their masks.

The vault was really amazing with an extensive selection of high end wine. The website is really nice to use and seach inventory. I was looking for a specific Armenian wine that I couldnt find in Santa Barbara or SYV, and I had a Paso trip planned. I was happy to have found it at this store by searching the website. I called the day before and asked about purchasing online and picking up. They said no problem, they will pull and hold for me. The next day I stopped by and asked for the hold. A very rude lady accused me of always holdng items and not picking up (short, short hair). She said my name quite loudly. She said "let's be honest here Lisa, you have done this before". I had never been to this store or asked for wine to be held prior to this. Others in my party left and would not purchase because of this behavior. It was embarrassing. The other staff were very nice and helpful. In summary, it is a beautiful liquor store with an amazing selection of wine and spirits at fair prices, great website, and most of the staff at helpful and lovely.

From racks and racks of beers from Anchor, Founders, Dogfish Head, Stone, Oskar Blues, and tons more. They have specialty bottles of barrel aged, anniversary beers, hard to find brands too. They have a large wall of refrigerators for a load of cold beer too. But I'm not kidding you'll come in here, walk to the back and just feel blown away that you didn't know this selection existed. In addition to the beer, they have a deli where you can order everything from sandwiches and gyros to burritos and schwarma. Serious! The sandwich I had from here was okay, not amazing. I'd still come back to try the gyro though. Of course they have chips and drinks and lots of liquor too. Every time I've ever come in the cashiers have been super cool, laid back and really friendly.
