I asked the bartenders to turn the air conditioning on and they said it's broken. Went back a few weeks later and it's still broken. They added some fans inside but all that does is blow hot air around. The weather is getting warmer as we approach summer and it's too hot inside. Who wants to go out with their friends to drink and get all sweaty. FIX THE AIR CONDITIONING, if you can't afford it then start a gofund me it's really sad because Kenny's is the best place in the area. The bartenders are great (Ben and Dan) are amazing. When I asked why, he simply directed me to the other bartender instead of assisting me himself. This level of hospitality was disappointing and unprofessional, especially in an industry that depends on customer service. I brought my concerns to the owner, but his response was that Luke was "having a stressful day." While everyone can have a difficult day, that does not excuse rude behavior toward paying customers. Professionalism and basic courtesy should be expected regardless of personal circumstances. Unfortunately, what was supposed to be an enjoyable outing with my family turned into a frustrating experience. After speaking with others and reading additional reviews, it appears that concerns about the service and bartenders--particularly Luke--have been raised by other customers as well. Based on my experience, I would think twice before returning. There are plenty of places that value their customers and provide the level of service that guests deserve in the Beacon area.
