They swapped out parts to fix things and if it didn't work they replaced something else. Vibration in the steering wheel ended up with replacing the whole rear axle. Why, not sure but I have a new rear axle. Right front brake locking up and smoking hot, I ended up with new rotors, brake pads and calipers on both sides. After a week the right front brake locked up again and they replaced the right side again. They now wanted to replace the ABS unit and brake lines for 2K. Told them to put it back together and I'll do it on my own. Left a message with the service manager to talk about things that happened and he never called me back. Will not ever come back to this place. read more

I took my vehicle in for service with an appointment on Monday for a diagnostic for A/C service, and the regular windshield wiper setting was not working. I was told two days. I called three days later, and the same person I gave my car keys to didn't even know what car I was talking about, let alone who they were speaking to. Then, after the 4th day, I got a call from the advisor after 12:30 pm stating that my car would be looked at. They came back telling me that there is no Freon in the a/c and the price for repairs on the windshield wiper system, which I can understand charging me for the windshield wipers, but nothing was done to the A/C system to see what the issue is--but yet charged me for two diagnostics being done to the vehicle costing me over $400. I'm not sure if it is because of the high turnover rate for employees, or the complete lack of care from management, but do not waste your time or your money coming here. For "Express" (Oil change and tire rotation), what is supposed to be 45 minutes, tops, it's a standard 2 hours, and that is IF your car is first in and first out. Management had kept using the Text feature that is supposed to be used to let me know of additional repairs and when my car is done, to constantly hound me about not talking with other customers, (though not sure what they wanted me to do as a waiter and when their cable hadn't worked in a month) and to, and I quote the Director himself "Get your oil change and GO". This is extremely rude behavior towards a paying customer. When my oil change was finished, 4 hours later, they did not clear my warning light, had to google that myself, didn't place a sticker, and used the cheapest non-synthetic oil but charged me high mileage synthetic price. I had to immediately drive to another service station and get another oil change same day to not receive damages... I shudder to think of what would have happened had I got a tire rotation. Met someone who went in to get one and the lube techs didn't put the lugnuts back on correctly. All the while, their only porter, some old grumpy looking guy named Tony, was just sitting on his butt looking at his phone. A lube tech had to come up, get my car and bring it back up. I had to pull the paper and plastic out of my car, which is pretty much the "hardest" part of being a porter, and the old lazy bum couldn't do that. After the extremely crappy service received, I get what sounded like an ultimatum, "We're knocking 5% off your ticket price just so you won't a bad review about us." I'd rather drive 10 times further and pay 100 times more than to have to deal with these "people" ever again. read more

Ordered a soft top when I bought a wrangler sport s. They charged me for 6 hours at 125$ to install it. It can be done in an hour. I did it in an hour after watching a YouTube of how to do it. I left a similar review for the overall company and the general manager said he would like to resolve the issue and said to contact Tom so I called multiple times and each time I got his voice mail which was full so I couldn't leave a message. I then emailed both Tom and the GM and they never emailed me back. They truly care above their customers. Not!!! I'll be getting my service done somewhere else and you should too. read more

Maybe it's just Dodge service departments in general, but this one has been my standard experience with them. I have a 2015 Journey. It's a piece of S***. A week ago it suddenly just wouldn't start. Thank god I paid for the extended warranty. So it gets towed in. 3 days later, no one has called to give me an update. When I call I get a BS line about the starter. Sorry boys, but that's not the starter. And we both know it. The last I heard was that the part would be there the next day and it would be ready. That was 3 days ago. I still haven't heard anything. Guess keeping customers updated isn't really a thing for them. Shouldn't be surprised. They may have turned people over, but the attitude is exactly the same as it was when it was Dallas Dodge. Took my 2016 Chrysler Town and Country van in because the passenger DVD screen was black. Everything else was fine, there was sound, the DVD player took a DVD and ejected. When I dropped it off I told them I think it's the Ribbon Cable that needed replacing. I had done some research and saw that others had the same problem and it was due to a bad ribbon cable. They called me later that day and told me that the entire DVD screen (module) needed replacing and it would cost $1,080.50.... So I politely declined, paid $149 for the diagnostic, went to Auto Zone and bought a set of Panel Wedges for $10. Ordered a ribbon cable replacement for $40 and found a video on YouTube by JohnStudabaker1 where he has the same problem. Watched how to replace it, took a few hours but now I have a fully working passenger DVD screen. So I spent $50 outside the $149 diagnostic charge and fixed my van when they wanted to charge me $1,080.50 to replace the whole thing. Hard pass on this business. read more

Purchased 2015 vehicle from them brand new. It has had an extreme hard idle since about 7k miles. One time they reprogram it, then new motor mounts, then tune up, then oil change, them new battery, then it was because of the recall. And also they keep it for weeks at a time. One time it sat for 2 weeks and the service rep didn't even order the parts. This time it has been there for 5 days and they said it needs an oil change and a battery $310 to replace a battery that is fully covered for 60 months and is 49 momths. read more

My daughter's Jeep Compass needed a new electronic throttle and we brought it in. The repair was done quickly, but where they went above and beyond was her bumper. It had a clip that had broken and the bumper was pushed out slightly, they took the time to replace the clip and put the bumper back into place. It wasn't huge, it probably took a few minutes, but it meant a lot to us that they would take the time to fix that for us without being asked. We didn't notice until we got home, so thank you, whoever the mechanic was for going the extra step, it meant a lot to us. read more

One of the worst experiences. We brought my 2015 Jeep to get the media screen checked out. I have never worked on cars my entire life and could tell you something was wrong with the screen... they checked it out and said that the screen will be $1000 (more than my actual rent). If we decided to replace the screen the part would take 4-6 weeks to come in and get fixed (because clearly jeeps are having a problem with this media screen and needs to be recalled) We decide that the car is still functioning backup camera works and so does the AC so we would hold off on the screen for now. So we go to leave and they tell us it'll be around $130 for just looking at the car/ screen. Like i said i have never worked on cars my entire life and could have told you it was messed up by looking at it. $130 we did NOT pay. There was no services performed and the screen was not fixed. We own 3 jeeps. That's 3 times the services they just lost. Customer service is everything and if we were to decide to replace the screen in the near future... that's "$1000" they just lost strictly on terrible service. read more

Dropped our vehicle off on Feb 28th and as of today we have been given excuse after excuse. It is still not ready. Even though every week we call and are told it will be ready the next day or the next day. If it is not going to be ready then just state that and give us an honest answer as to why not.
