Being rushed through something that's supposed to be relaxing and enjoyable is not my thing, so I won't be coming back. If you cant complete the service that's okay, I'm happy to schedule an appointment and come back later. Don't rush me and charge me full price for a half-assed job

My wife mentioned it to her manicurist and was told: "Don't say anything. It is the owner's child." It later transpired the child's Grandparents were there who were making things worse by encouraging afore mentioned child to carry on causing mayhem. This totally ruined what should have been a nice relaxing atmosphere and my wife has already told me she is going to find somewhere else. Definitely not a place to go if you want to relax while you get your nails done.

My nails are crooked, the paint job isn't the best and the lady flooded my cuticles with builder gel. Because she did my nails on a pillow on my lap I left covered in the acrylic she drilled off and somehow my pants had nail polish on them also.I go to the nail salon expecting to relax and that was not what I got.
