We were in Hollywood Florida to take a cruise. We were tired so decided to order pizza delivery. The hotel we were staying at recommended Pauli's . We ordered a 14 inch with 4 meats. It was delicious and came just as we ordered. We actually got it in 30 minutes even though 40 minutes was the promised time. The gentleman brought it right to our room. I ordered via Postmates and got a call from the driver stating that the very rude business owner refused to make the order because the prices are supposedly wrong and "from 10 years ago". I now see that someone else had the same problem using the Yelp/Grubhub service. We were going to a place in the same plaza but it had a line. We were thankful we ended up here. The people inside were nice. The food was good and fresh and they had a TV. I had the small chicken breast salad and it was pretty big and super fresh. My mother had the Italian sausage hoagie and she raved about it. Was craving a good sub for a couple of days. So I found this place never noticed it before in the same shopping plaza as the famous Jaxson's ice cream. So as I parked out front I see the name Pauli and it brought back memories of NJ. Once inside you can see they are big Yankee fans. There is pizza specials for lunch but I order off menu the Italian Combo at $10.75 says all subs come with mayo. Oh this place is definitely not from NY/NJ always get it with oil and vinegar. Anyway got it to go but I was starving so started eating it while driving. The oil and vinegar made it a bit of a mess but I ate every last drop. Black olive slices another interesting touch but definitely not from NY/NJ. Anyway it hit the spot it was good but just not great. This is without a doubt the worst pizza I've ever had we were delivered a $30 Pizza Plus the $3 delivery fee and it was burnt we called the owner the owner said they would remake it they charged my card for both pizzas and said we had eaten the pizza which we return to the delivery driver when they brought us the new pizza then charged us for the second pizza the owner was rude and doesn't speak English had no customer service I would not recommend this for my dog to eat the customer service alone was horrible they're way overpriced their products are not fresh horrible I will write a review every day so people know not to waste their hard-earned money on this garbage food it was garbage my dog wouldn't even eat it read more

This was our first visit. We ordered 2 pies and garlic knots. The garlic knots were really good with large pieces of garlic. We ordered one pizza as vegan- no cheese, extra sauce, mushrooms & peppers & crispy crust. The crust was not crispy and the sauce seemed to be a normal amount. The middle of the crust fell apart. The second pizza was black olive. There wasn't a lot of cheese and again the crust wasn't crispy. Overall it was a disappointment based on other reviews. read more

Really bad experience form the start, so no starts at all... First of all, the prices on yelp are not correct and when we called the $19 pizza became a $29 pizza, the owner who took the order didnt ask how I planned to pay and the delivery guy had no credit card machine with him and only took cash. I had to run to an ATM because I didnt have enough cash with me and the owner decided to close the restaurant half hour earlier which madd it impossible to pay with a credit card. Now the $19 pizza announced on yelp, that had quickly turned into a $29 pizza, became a $40 pi,za with all the ATM/bank fees. Never again I will order from this restaurant, and yes, I could have probably said no when he gave me the new price over the pgone however, it was late, other locations were further away and we wanted to make sure we would get some food before the day was over. read more

This is legitimate pizza. Honestly, I've had pizza at multiple locations in South Florida. That means down in Homestead to West Palm Beach and this is the best. This is my go to spot and I'm originally from New York City. My go to side are the bread rolls, which are cooked just right. The place is small but good for a group of 4-5 since they do have seating and multiple tables. I'm impressed with the owners service and the cleanliness of the establishment. He has multiple specials and FYI cash for anything under $10.00 Off taste alone this place wins me over! read more
