I have used Paul's multiple times and referred at least a handful of people there. This past time was a nightmare and unforgivable. My truck got hit and needed front and rear end bumpers quarter panel etc. They had my truck 47days! The insurance company paid $6,200 and it included $321 dollars for a detail of the truck because of items spilled during accident. I had to return my rental and use a work truck for transportation because it was only covered 45 days. I got my truck back and he charged me $100 for "outside detail". The outside of the truck looked great (at first glance) The trucks upholstery had not been touched. The seats were still stained after 47 days the bumpers were used and not painted correctly. Still scratches on front end but said it was replaced. My quarter panel is still dented. My fog light came back with water in the lens, all the old parts and screws left in the bed of my truck. I was told by his body guy " I don't give a f*** about your truck" in messages when inquiring about the progress and completion. They are not the shop they used to be. They lost a loyal customer and I warn anyone from going there. Honesty is key for me and they are far from honest. read more

I just picked up my car from Paul's this afternoon. They were wonderful. My car was fixed within a week, it looks terrific, and the price was reasonable. I went through my insurance to fix the back and front bumper. While it was being repaired I asked for a quote for a side panel and decided to have that fixed as well. My out of pocket cost was less than expected, the work was perfect and above all else Paul, his front desk associate and his mechanic were exceptionally kind and friendly. Autobody shops don't have the best reputation for honesty, especially when you're a female. I would recommend Paul's to anyone. I'm really glad I found Paul's on yelp and went on a whim at the recommendation of other reviewers. Had just moved to Quincy, and got into a small fender bender. Broke my headlamp and upon reading the great reviews on Yelp for Paul's Auto Body I went there. Paul himself gave me a quote very quickly and scheduled my repair for a few days later. He was able to fix my car quickly, and when it took even less time then expected he passed that savings along to me!!!!!! I had already agreed to his estimate, and when I mentioned that he charged my credit card for less then the amount I had agreed to- he simply said, "Oh yeah, It didn't take as long to install as I thought it would." I am taken back by his honesty, integrity, and the skill of Paul and his employees. Could not recommend this shop higher! read more

I finally decided to spruce up my 2001 RAV 4 that had a large rust spot on the fender, and the top coat of paint was peeling off the hood. I went to a few auto body shops and Paul had the best estimate. I decided to go all out and had him detail it as well as install new headlights that I bought. OH MY GOSH! It looks brand new! It was ready in the time promised, was reasonably priced, and it looks gorgeous! Will definitely go back to Paul with my other car and suggest this place to any one in need of auto body work! Besides the incredible work that is done on your car, the woman behind the desk is so incredibly helpful and willing to do whatever it take to make things convenient for you. She was awesome! I went to Paul's at the recommendation of my excellent mechanic. I needed two cars with rust, dents and scratches repaired. Paul was friendly and helpful, and gave me very reasonable price quotes. Paul's shop is right next to the Quincy Adams MBTA station, which made it easy to drop off and pick up the cars before and after my commute. The work was done quickly and the cars look amazing! I am an uber driver and got into a fender bender last night. I was not at fault, but my hood was disjointed. I was very nervous about the cost of repair, time it would take, etc., (having to break into my savings to immediately fix). Amazing repair. My vehicle looks like it is brand new--inside and out--like it has been detailed. Was thinking about trading it in, but not anymore. Tremendous attention to detail. Turnaround time was excellent--despite insurance company being slow. Loaner vehicle was brand new and they took the time to go over some of its nuances. Highly recommended. I had a great experience with this shop. My bumper on my 2013 maxima needed to be popped back in until I could get the bumper retainer part. I took the car in on a Friday afternoon and they popped it back in for me for free so I could go to the cape for the weekend without worrying about it. I took my car to Paul's on Monday morning, and they had the new bumper ordered and installed the next day.
